I live in New York and had never heard of Sprockets, but they had things in stock I couldn't find elsewhere and so I took a chance. My package arrived very quickly - right when I wondered if it had shipped, it arrived!

Paul is very helpful by email as well.

I was slightly hesitant due to the bad reviews on here however I have now ordered twice and both have arrived quickly. The latest order I'd asked customer services to confirm some thing before dispatch which they did and the product had an extra layer of reusable packaging which I'm all for!

Have bought a bike from here and had my bike serviced recently excellent service ffom both from Paul and the team.

Whilst on a long ride I rode past sprockets and soon after my spoke broke. I went back to sprockets and Paul sorted it for me there and then. Really appreciate your help Paul you really got me out of a bind. Can't recommend you highly enough and will be relaying this story to many fellow cyclists. Thanks again

I cannot recommend Paul and his team enough! I bought a pair of Lake 304 winter boots after Jan 1st 2021 and had them posted to Poland. Despite the headache and uncertainty of buying due of Brexit, Paul was very responsive to both phone calls and emails and addressed each and any issue which arose with complete professionalism
I wont hesitate to return to shop with Sprockets in the future, Thank you !

Got my Felt FR30 Bike from this bikeshop, found them on eBay and it was a good experience, even got a cool discount.
Had issues with payment initially because I was paying from outside the UK and the folks were able to help with easy trusted options.
Currently enjoying my bike out here in Lagos, Nigeria.

Sprockets is a fantastic local bike shop, the owner is very knowledgeable and this is a great place to go for repairs and maintenance. Like many businesses they have been dealt damage by the pandemic, but I urge locals to continue to support them!

I ordered a pair of etc zip up warm bottoms on thursday, they turned up saturday morning. super fast delivery and excellent service.

I saw this web looking for a pair of tektro brakes for my old road bike. I decided to buy here since they have a large range of products and have the nut fitting caliper brakes I needed. Prices are very good.
Paul sent the brakes the they after I place the order. Good communication via e-mail noticing that my order was sent.
Brakes are installed already and fit perfetly. Order takes only one week to arrive my city in Spain.

Stopped off here this afternoon after my derailleur gear cable snapped and left me stuck in the smallest cog...still 12 miles to go to get back to my car and have already clocked up 30 miles cycling from Canterbury to Dover and back again.

Whilst they were unable to replace the cable these guys made a temporary fix in a matter of minutes that meant I could ride in 8th gear rather than 11th which made all the difference and I’m very grateful and they were super helpful.

I live some way from this business (Tunbridge Wells) but if they were local I’d use them definitely.

Great job chaps and thanks for getting me home without me having to burst a blood vessel!

Title explains the problems that wasted so much of my time over a 2 week + period – not the way to do business.

Wish I had read the reviews on here 1st.

I can't believe this company really exists. I ordered bicycle parts 3 months ago (June 2020). After a few days got an email that my order had been dispatched. I didn't receive ANYTHING at all. I have emailed them, someone named Paul answered that they will send again (this happened on July 2020, after a whole month!!!). Again didn't receive ANYTHING at all. I have emailed them again and phoned them again and again since then. NO REPLIES, NO RESPONSE. Now the case is in the national cybercrime department. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If there is a company... Unfortunately, i have been scammed.
1 star because trust pilot doesn't allow to give a zero star review.

Bad seller, gave me a wrong track number (I asked about it for 2 month!) and probably send nothing.
If you can't receive the ordered item and seller (Paul) gives you a wrong track number and tells you "I'm very sorry to hear you still have not received your shoes as I can confirm we have sent them. We have problems with some international orders and have many delayed by different postal systems." and "Please could you close the case against us as ebay have now taken the funds from us and it is very damaging to us. If they do not arrive we will resend for you but please do not open a dispute.", be wise - open dispute, get your money back. You will pay if the item will be delivered. It was not my case. So no money, no correct track number, no boots.

PS The order was made in September 2019 (winter bike shoes Lake), before the pandemic. Answer of the seller a month ago was "this is because of the pandemic". This is WRONG (or LIES). I was given the wrong track number, listened fairy tales "just wait, please do not open dispute" and finally missed my order before the pandemic. Even the pandemic does not let the seller to deceive the buyer (wrong track number means the seller did not sell at all or item was stolen in the seller's post office).

Absolutely excellent. I live 400 miles from the shop. In under 3 days my bike was delivered exactly on time. Great quality bike and completely assembled. Just had to add pedals. Thoroughly recommend👍

Company sent wrong item. After multiple emails company agreed to replace with correct item if i returned it. Item returned but replacement not sent out. Asked for a refund but this has not appeared. Had the excuse of new staff and illnesses . Thankfully I paid with paypal so i can start a dispute. Terrible company to deal with .

Finally got refund after opening a paypal dispute but they didn't refund the return postage. Got another load of excuses. this company should be embarrassed about it's customer service.

This company.....if it even exists, is the worst company I have ever dealt with ...for anything. I acknowledge that we are in the middle of a pandemic but when I ordered a part 6 weeks ago and then got an email that it had been dispatched I thought it would have arrived by now. I have emailed them and phoned them on numerous occasions with 1 returned call which I missed. I left message asking to email me just to confirm I wasn't being scammed nothing. I am just glad that I tested the company before buying a from them. Shall stick to Northern straight talking companies in future once bitten twice shy. Its only £99 but I think this company will lose a lot more be aware

What a dreadful company to deal with, excuse after excuse after they sent me a brand new bike with a damaged frame and brake reservoir, every time I call it’s a waste of time because I get no further with them, don’t buy from this company, customer service’s is the worst I’ve ever encountered,
