Matthew was very kind in his email response regarding my “processing” notification question. He explained it was a system error - provided a reasonable explanation. He was also helpful in providing a FedEx tracking number and when the package had actually been sent out for delivery. I got a lot of useful information and he delivered it professionally and kindly.

Cristin was absolutely excellent and fixed my issue in no time. I had received a defective product and Cristin got a replacement sent out to me within the week! On top of that, Cristin was incredibly responsive and provided me with all of the information I needed! Easily one of the best customer service representatives I’ve had!

Had a bad experience with them. Order a helmet for christmas present end Nov and site said "in stock". Never arrived and they hardly respond to emails with no phone number. I ordered a different helmet and it came quickly but not the one my son wanted. They provided RA and label so I shipped it back. After MULTIPLE email exchanges I finally received the helmet ordered end Nov on Feb 10th. However, they apologized that the returned helmet was received but not processed. After a month of them holding both my funds and helmet, I insisted on a refund, after a week of no response I had to initiate a dispute with CC company, still outstanding. They blame christmas and superbowl orders for delays but this is not good customer support nor business practice!

Cristin provided excellent customer support! She was very knowledgeable and the experience exceeded my expectations. Will definitely use Sports Memorabilia again. Highly recommend!

I received an excellent product, at a great price and very fast shipping! But what I would really like to highlight is the customer service I received from Matthew each time I contacted him. His responses to my emails were right away, is very knowledgeable and informative and just an overall good guy! I would like to give him a “virtual handshake“! I will be back, and back. Lol

There was a delay on my package on Fedex’s side of things. Tyler was very helpful in helping me sort this out His replies were incredibly quick and I received my package after he contacted Fedex for me. Thank you so much for all your help!
