Fairly good overall
I was pleased that a solution was found for my slightly different circumstances. However, I did feel that more attention to detail was needed as a number of times the information I was given was incorrect and I had to watch the progress of the application really carefully to make sure the correct information was submitted.

SPF managed the mortgage application from start to finish with no fuss, requiring only input from me when multiple options were available. Had been dealing with SPF for a few years now, and Cristiana as usual provided exceptional service in establishing my remortgage. Was contacted well in advance of previous mortgage expiration and keep abreast of developments concerning options available to reestablish mortgage.
