ordered cladding on 11 march 2025 at 11.45am and paid £706 on credit card thank goodness. at 16.37hrs on same day received email for refund as they could not supply goods. it was showing pending until 13 march on my statement and then changed to paid. i rang the company to see why they had taken payment when they could not supply and was told that was the only way to get rid of the order on their system. asked when refund would be paid and was told tuesday of the following week as only md could authorise refund. i originally spoke to company on the day i ordered and was told that refund would be 3/5 days. do not order from this company had my money in their account knowing it would be at least a week for refund to go through. not happy

Over night deliveries took over a week .
5 boards smashed unusable and refused refund no replacement as told we never checked on delivery ( I’m sure they check all there items in delivery covered in bubble wrap) be the last time we use this company as customer care a disgrace and they know it !
Oh they sent there delivery rules after the delivery ( hysterical) !!!!

Ordered £3000 worth of anthracite cladding from speedy for 2 large dormas and I'm very happy with the quality and delivery service I will be using them for are other projects going forward, very reasonable prices as well

Happy to take my six grand but when I realised I had ordered wrong trims were reluctant to help. Even offered to exchange for extra panels and lose £150 on the deal but they didn’t reply

I ordered some Fortex cladding and they seemed the most reasonably priced in the web. The ordered arrived a few days later, with no issues at all and the communication was fantastic throughout.
Will definitely use again.

Diabolical. Never use this company. Delivered two of my 21 panels completely wrong colour and two trims damaged very badly. Emailed to inform them with photos of damaged trims. Got no response. Rang to inform them guy took a message said I would get a call back. No call. Rang again guy said take a photo to prove two panels are wrong colour. Didn’t believe me !! Sent in photo got email to say they would be sending replacements on Monday. Got courier message saying delivery Monday between 8.0 and 8.0 waited in. Nothing, Got same message Tuesday waited in. nothing Same Wednesday. Nothing. Lunch time Thursday rang again took a message said I will get a call. Jury is out.
UPDATE - It gets worse - called to say i had not received the replacement trim - guy said he needed a photo I said I had previously emailed him a photo he denied having it, I said you replied to it, he still denied having it so I resent him the original email along with his response. Then got a call asking me to take the one star review down as I now had all my materials deliveered and would be offered a £50 payment for taking the review down. I informed him I was still outstanding a replacement trim he said it would be with couriers monday and I would be in receipt Tuesday. I tried to explain how much trouble this had caused me and how they needed to address their service and I would consider my position regarding the review once I had my materials, he shouted over me so I ended the call. Two weeks later I got an email saying as I now had everything would I take the review down for £50 as he could not understand why I had posted the negative review. I suggested he read the review and then he would understand. I told him I still had not got my last replacement trim. I finally got the last of the materials yesterday 2nd October over 4 weeks after my initial complaint. In between all of the promised and failed deliveries I have had to cancel the workmen three times and now cant get them back for another three weeks. So not only disgraceful service and complete failure but also cras attempts to buy me off posting a negative review for £50. I wonder how many customers took their £50. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

Another job completed using speedy plastic products. The delivery was quick and the products are good quality and reasonably priced. I highly recommend using them.

Had a phone call within an hour from Stuart apologising that they didn’t have the full quantity in stock and that it would be delivered within a day or two and it was then received another phone call asking if all the order was ok
Great after sales have used them a few times now can’t fault the company

Second time I have used Speedy plastics and Resins, I would definitely recommend them. Fast delivery, very good after sales service. Easy to contact, Delivery was when they said it would be.

Great prices and extensive product range. I found the website visualiser really helped me choose the colour that I required for the job. My order was delivered on time and the quality was first class. I can recommend this company as the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

These are the worst company I've ever used. I ordered £1100 worth of fascia boards. The panels had been badly damaged and most were unusable. I salvaged 6 out of 23. They just didn't want to know about it and blamed me for the damage. I took the pictures as I unwrapped them to show the damage as well. Avoid at all costs as the just say it's your fault.

Be careful with this company. I have a building company. We were using their panels and every second delivery we were receiving the panels were damaged and they do everything to make you quit chasing them for the refund. Horrible customer service. 3rd time I'm receiving broken panels and I chase every day for the refund and they keep telling me that they will pay tomorrow, and refund will not be full amount. But tomorrow never arrives. courier left the panels outside the property, and they also trying to tell me that someone has signed off and they can't refund.

I placed an order but the wrong colour, I contacted them and asked them if they could replace the order with the correct colour. They told me that I would have to re-order and send the original order back, when the second order arrived 12 of the 18 Fortex boards were damaged, I phoned straight away and told them, I asked them to send replacement boards straight away as my job was falling behind schedule. He told me to take photographs and email them to him. Because I was desperate to get the boards, I took a 6 hour round trip and return the previous order and the damaged boards. When I arrived they told me that the damaged boards would have to be inspected by the MD. They said I would be reimbursed for the order that I had done in the wrong colour within a few days. After daily phone calls to replace the damaged boards, I was told that they would give me 2 boards which I declined. I am now taking legal action to get my refund as they tell me every day it will be tomorrow.

Hi, what can I say about this company, first of all stay away, I ordered 20 cladding boards, 13 of them where damaged, I sent pictures to them as requested of the damaged boards, after a costly telephone call they said they would send out replacement boards, they never came, sent them emails got no answer, I do a lot purchases on line for my business and this is the worst company I have dealt with, the only good thing is this was the start of a big project and I will go elsewhere for the rest of the boards

I really don't know where to start.

My delivery came damaged and a month later after 5 more broken deliveries they refused a refund because I refused to package their 5 meter boards back up for the 4th time. Their courier never asked for signatures and broke every delivery.

Darren on support (diamond chap) was very helpfull and friendly and arranged replacement after replacement after replacement, all arrived broken. In the end their Managing Director refused to refund me or complete my order. Customers are expected to re-package 5m lengths in the event of damage at their time and expense. Customers are also expected to unpackage, check the entire consignment for damage at the roadside while the drivers wait. You have 10 minutes to complete this (in the rain) and NONE of the drivers would wait anyway. I had to provide CCTV footage and dozens of photos of broken boards.

As per the companies instructions I told one delivery driver I had to check consignment before signing and he said he would let me check and come back and never saw him again. One driver wouldn't let me check the consignment and because I said I have been instructed to check and he wasn't going to let me so he took the delivery, put back in the van and drove off. As a result I didn't get my boards back that day and after spending an entire day trying to get courier to return the delivery which was needed for my contractor to install the next day I incurred late cancellation fee in excess of the cost of the last to boards. I received zero compensation for wrapping (went through 3 rolls of tape) and the hours me and my wife spent wrapping stuff back up and lost about £80 on the boards.

I even received a returned broken delivery back, didn't know, thinking it was the replacement, opened it then told to re-package it. Company doesn't use or provide any form of re-usable packaging so becomes customers problem when having to return 5m damaged goods. I know some people say they wish they could give 0 star reviews. I personally would give a minus -5.

This is a true and accurate account of my experience. (because their managing director threatened to take me to court if I was to slander them) true story, I wish it was fiction!
