These are the best agents in Andalusia by a country mile. Right from the start of the selling process Stephen and Sharon were very professional but yet so down to earth to deal with. The information from them about the selling process was first class.

Then onto Val, Matt and Rob who were also involved with selling our villa. These staff members were very professional in their approach but for me the difference was they acted like normal people and did not pretend to be anything else. I don’t think I have felt so at ease during selling a property like I did with SPC. It was close to perfection as you could get.

There are some many agents out there who are basically crooks and wing the job of being an estate agent who are only interested in your money but not once did SPC make me feel or act this way.

Val did call me back to offer her apologies on the first call I made and she did try and resolve it, but the response of first the call I made should never have happened.
Also it is not fair on me to treat all staff the same.

We would highly recommend this company for buying/selling property. We dealt with them in the selling of our apartment and from the minute we walked into their office in Mojacar they were very welcoming and extremely helpful. We were given lots of useful advice. They were also very quick and efficient, the photos of our property were taken within a few days of us registering and put live on their website 2 days after. Within 4 days the first buyer to view put in an acceptable offer and the whole process was completed in December and the money is already in our English bank account. We dealt mainly with Shaun Garner and he was extremely professional and helpful.
