Five-star service from start to finish! The rental process was incredibly easy, and the customer service team was very helpful in recommending the right size for my project. The dumpster was delivered and picked up exactly when promised. Highly recommend for anyone needing a hassle-free experience!

Dropped off Dumpster 5 hours after anticipated and then picked up before we could fill, then charged for the unfilled dumpster and then given $100 credit. Complete failure on Sourgum. Appreciate nothing and so happy you kept our money.

Sourgum was very trustworthy. They delivered the dumpster on time, gave us the time to load without feeling squeezed for time, and picked up right on schedule. Communication was great! I would highly recommend Sourgum for your junk removal, renovation needs or even spring cleaning. Certainly beats a bunch of trips to the dump. 5 stars for Sourgum!

The actual service, driver pickup and return/swap out, is great to excellent. The amount of emails and/or texts received from Sourgum is ridiculous. There's no need for multiple emails and/or texts per single service. Nor is there a need for a payment reminder unless the payment is actually late, which has yet to happen, but here again receive multiple emails about upcoming payment due per single service. May not use Sourgum again if this practice is not discontinued.

I have been using them for a couple years as a contractor. It’s the best company I’ve worked with delivery is usually the same day or next communication is always clear full contact and they have a great team.

Helpful and easy to work with. Gave update midway through dumpster rental to see if ready to schedule pickup.

On 2/17/26, I rented a 10-yard dumpster right before a big NJ snowstorm (when it was only supposed to be a rain event) for delivery on Monday, 2/23. The price was right and delivery was able to be scheduled quickly. Finding out Friday morning, 2/20, that it was going to be snow up to 9 inches, Sourgum easily rescheduled for Tuesday, 2/24. By Sunday, 2/22 - it was a blizzard and with only myself and my daughter to clear the driveway and a spot to park in the street, I contacted Sourgum to postpone delivery. Customer Service graciously suggested I put the delivery on 'hold' until I was confident the delivery could be made. Delivery was rescheduled for 3/2. The driver arrived by 7:40am, and was gone by 7:50am. The delivery was so smooth. Pick-up was 3/6 and I didn't have to be home for it. By 9:15am, the dumpster was gone.

I cannot stress enough my appreciation for the graciousness, the flexibility and the high-level of customer service that was given. They truly went above-and-beyond and made it so easy. I was beyond stressed over this and their willingness to work with me really helped alleviate my concerns. I cannot begin to tell you just how much I appreciate, not just the flexibility, but the patience they had with me. I am so grateful I went with Sourgum and will whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone who needs a dumpster rental. It would be foolish to rent a dumpster from anyone else.

We had an issue with a dumpster, but Sourgum made it right by us immediately, and handled it in a very professional way! We have rented close to a dozen times with them, and our experience has been great! We have a regular driver, Barry, who knows exactly where to place our dumpster, and is always very professional with our staff. We couldn't be happier! Michael

Bait and switch. Liars, liars, liars. I ordered a dumpster for household items and then they charged me more than double the price because it contained "non-construction" items. I will be contacting the BBB. I should have suspected it from the start because of their scummy-sounding sales guy. Trying a little too hard. I don't need a friend that then turns around and gouges me.
