Ordered 2 custom ottoman beds online - they arrived after 14 days, and were great quality! We requested assembly on site, and the guys delivering were great, called ahead on the day to let me know when they were arriving and assembled both. Really happy overall, would definitely recommend

I ordered a custom ottoman
I ordered a custom ottoman, slightly higher than the average. The product is great and came in perfect condition. I took a star off as from ordering to delivery there wasn't any communication but once the bed was ready for delivery the guys were great and came on time.

Great bed well made
Great bed well made, and we really like the fact that we could get more powerful lifting systems.
It just needs some instructions so we know all the parts in there. We nearly didn't find the headboard bolts.

Customer service & delivery needs…
Customer service & delivery needs improving. I requested a specific delivery date as you are allowed to when ordering. Then got a text msg saying bed will be earlier than I had requested, I reminded them of the actual date I requested due to being on holiday. On the date I actually requested no-one turned up, I had to call to then find out my delivery date had been changed to the weekend. 1 person told me saturday another told me sunday, actual delivery date wasnt confirm until the night before.
However, delivery guys were really good, they put the ved together quickly and the bed works great.
It's been over a week and the strong smell of plastic still hasnt gone from the mattrees yet, even though I aired it for 2 days with the windows open over night before sleeping on it.

Completely satisfied
The delivery arrived on time and the two guys carefully lifted the components into the bedroom, being careful to remove their shoes without prompting.
When I came round to fitting everything together, there weren't any instructions, but it was all pretty straightforward and I had everything assembled in under 30 minutes.
The bed itself is excellent. It is very sturdy and well made and I would definitely look at SoSoftBeds whenever I need a new bed. I can heartily recommend them

Good company, would order again.
Ordered my bed and entered a date for preferred delivery. Had a prompt email about my order being received and a couple days later an email for leaving a review. Unfortunately there was no communication on the preferred delivery date whether it was possible or not. I phoned on the day I would have liked my bed delivered 3 times but no answer but was able to leave a message on the answer phone. Adam phoned me back later in the day apologising he'd missed my calls and we arranged a delivery date. Adam was very polite and efficient. My only concern was there was only 1 delivery guy so my husband had to help get the bed to the bedroom. Other than that I love my new bed, well made, looks good and easy to assemble. I ordered a King size Ottoman bed.

Brilliant company…bought beds 5 years ago and and was so impressed with the quality that bought another set. Recently had to replace the struts on one of the beds and Feb company were extremely responsive and sent two sets immediately at a very attractive price.

Ordered multiple over last 4 years
I had my custom ottoman bed made over 4 years ago, and it’s still going strong! The team, along with their couriers, were brilliant throughout the entire process, from helping me customise the design to offering practical advice on measuring our stairs for the tall headboard.
Their after sales care has been just as impressive. When we experienced a minor structural issue with the headboard, they didn’t hesitate to remake it and even issued a partial refund.
Since then, I’ve recommended them to friends and family across London, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire, many of whom have placed orders and are just as pleased with their beds and the service received.
Would highly recommend without hesitation.

Good customisation. Bad organisation
The customisation of the order is great. I was very disappointed when my order arrived without a headboard. Surely it's not hard to make sure it's in the van? I called immediately and was told I'd get a call back soon... I never did.
