Solventum Is a terrible company when it comes to how they treat there employees. They encourage you to report policies being broken according to to their speak up policy. You report they leak your name to you coworkers and allow retaliation for reporting real issues. You escalate it to management, and they absolutely do nothing to help you. They do everything in their power to brush it under the rug and hide the fact that it even happening. Play Blackball, their employees for promotions. They have policies on how they have to post their job positions and the qualifications that you need to apply for them, and they break their policies. Allowing people that shouldn’t be able to apply for the position according to the qualifications to apply against you to keep you from getting the job because they already have picked someone before interviews ever happen. They break their attendance policy. They are on a point system, and some people are 100% held accountable according to the policy, while others are given points back or given leeway and not held to the policy at all. They do not abide by their policies, and it’s a good old boy system. It’s very clicky if they do not like you, you can’t get anywhere. Even if you meet the qualifications. and meet the experience from previous employment. The only good thing from this company is the pay and your benefits. Management is a joke. They absolutely do nothing, even when you report to corporate. They do not investigate. They act like they’re investigating and then close your case without coming to any conclusion. allowing unethical behavior to happen to good employees. When they claim that their customers and their employees are their top priorities their code of conduct states that they’re based on honesty and integrity, there’s not an honest bone in this company’s body. They are very dishonest.

This company, Solventum, is a bunch of scammers and con artists. They don't ever answer the phone and never call back. We received a huge box the same day my mom went back into the hospital. The box was unused and never opened. We tried to contact them about returning since the hospital took off the wound vac and used a different one. Medicare paid them about $1500 and the want $400 from us. We've called so many times about returning it. No one will answer or call back. What are we going to do with it. We can't use this stuff. The sent it to collections still trying to get their money of course. They are scammers. Don't use them and don't let your Dr order stuff for you from them.

The customer service is absolutely horrible when calling Solventum. Most of the representatives do not speak good English and don’t communicate good English either. Communicating with them is extremely frustrating and time consuming. Solventum is obviously very unorganized and mismanaged on a few levels. We have a wound vac from them. I definitely would not recommend Solventum.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

EVERY customer review on their website and others is NEGATIVE.

SOLVENTUM is a dysfunctional and uncaring company. I have called on my home phone to them several times the past 2 days, 8/27/2026 and 8/28/2026, and found out that not even 1 (one) person contacted bothered to:
A) note on their computer that I called;
B) that a supply order was placed (6 placed in the past 3 weeks);
C) that no order was received by me.

I did find out, that in addition to no employee there inputting data on my account, that NOT EVEN ONE (1) employee ever contacted the Doctor nor the company they work for, who placed 2 orders, nor contacted the Nurse who also placed 2 orders, nor contacted myself that SOLVENTUM encountered a problem so we could fix it for them!

After almost 2 (two) hours on the phone yesterday, I was again LIED TO when they guaranteed me the supplies would be "OVER-NIGHTED".

Every employee there, including the CEO BYRON HANSON, refuses to do their job in a meaningful and responsible manner.

For more than a month, no supplies have come, and so, SOLVENTUM is, in Legal Terms, "DELIBERATELY INDIFFERENT TO KNOWN AND SERIOUS MEDICAL NEEDS".

I would give NO stars if I could! Awful customer service all the way around! They do not care about the patient at all. Every rep I encountered was nasty and would never let me speak to a supervisor. For them to be a healthcare product s distributor, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Awful company to deal with. Pump alarm goes off frequently. Most recent alarm is for the Service Timer that has to be resent or the pump will completely shut down. This was never explained to myself, nor the nursing agency. No one at the nursing agency even heard of this issue. Pump went off after midnight. I called Solventum to have the pump resent and lo & behold, the damn rep can't reset it at this time because he's on CST & I'm on EST. What the hell crap is that!? So I was told to call back in approx 1/2 hour. Now the damn pump is ringing again as I wait for that 1/2 hour. Never ceases that pump always goes off after midnight. Just a horrible company to deal with!

Beware of this company. I was admitted to Blake Hca hospital in Bradenton Florida. Solventum has tried to bill me, my health insurance company and continues to send bills for services and equipment I did not receive. This company is a company affiliated or owned by 3M, am global company across the world. This company as clearly a bunch of thieves.
