Just had warranty work done on my roller team T line 700 2024 plate the service from the whole team from Alfie in warranty , Mikey and Gary in repairs and of course Alan and Andrew and Vanessa we have always had great experiences with the team from purchase to aftercare nothing to much trouble and always carried out minor issues as well as the warranty ones with no hassle , the same with our 2nd purchase in 2024 of our 700 east and professional to deal with , as always a great company to deal with and staff are tremendous, thank you

We were absolutely delighted with our experience at Solent motorhomes. From our initial enquiry through to final checks they were outstanding. We were given a good price on our part exchange and a our new van was very competitively priced. Worth the long drive from the Highlands. We were advised to stay overnight after collecting the new motorhome in case of any snags. There was a slight leak on the shower which was fixed immediately . Everyone was so friendly. We really can't fault them and would definitely recommend them

It was a pleasure to purchase a motorhome from Solent. The service was excellent. The team are friendly. We did not feel rushed or pushed. They didn’t mind the hen we kept popping in to measure up. The team were really great at responding to specific requests for add ons. Amazing team, amazing company

Having had a bad experience with one of the large companies, for me where you buy your dream on wheels is as important as the motorhome itself.. We were looking specifically for a Rollerteam (Solent now also do Adria), and did a lot of research into the various different dealerships, (once you comit you really are wedded to the dealership, so important) decided to drive the 3 hours to Solent Motorhomes.
Everyone in the team have proved to be absolutely wonderful.. It is a family business, and everyone working there is an enthusiast.. 2 years on from our purchase Solent has supported us throughout.. Very difficult to find such friendly, helpful, with a desire and willingness to help..
Motorhomes are multifaceted machines, and the aftersales service is essential from hab checks to upgrades.. Peace of mind that you have a great back up team on your side really does make all the difference... Thank you Solent..

My Mother-in-law Mrs Philpott purchased a new Roller Team 665 motorhome it took eight months to resolve a number of issues that had been raised multiple times. We had to return the motorhome (a 230 mile round trip) for a week for issues to be rectified - one of which was the third time of sorting a mattress out that was not right - we returned home after a week to find the new mattress was not in the motorhome and after a number of calls the mattress had to be delivered. It had taken a long time to save for our motorhome and we had been so excited, but unfortunately the after sales care has impacted significantly and has been so disappointing - it felt like we were no longer important after purchase and after driving many miles to get the problem sorted, the treatment we received by Technician Rob was appalling. My Mother-in-law was made to feel that the issues with the motorhome were hers and he then simply walked away with no further communication. Overall it has been a terrible experience and as a result of the aftersales care, I would not be recommending Solent Motorhomes as a place to purchase.

Same as below. These people do not abide by consumer law. They sold me a motor home full of faults. Refused to refund and restricted my consumer rights.

They should not be in business look at the yell reviews. Trading standards need to look into this companies trading behaviour! Taking them to court.

This place is run by a couple called Tony and Sue, whom I made the mistake of buying a used motorhome from. In our phone conversations, they both lied about multiple features, such as central-locking, air-con, any service history, etc, etc. On the basis of these lies, they persuaded me to give them a large deposit over the phone, then, after I had travelled the length of the country to them, I found out that I had been completely misled and that the vehicle was missing most of the features described, and was leaking badly. The whole transaction was unbelievably stressful, and the motorhome has since had no end of mechanical problems. This couple are the closest thing I have ever seen to Danny DeVito in the movie 'Matilda'. Trust this company at your peril.
