Without solar generation for 5 months now…
Have been without solar generation now for 5 months. Being the entire summer, this means around $1000 loss to us!! Initially was terrible service/response from the installer (solar force), they finally got someone out to test everything, but once the inverter has been identified as faulty by them it's been silence from Solis. This is shockingly bad. I am super disappointed, and regret our purchase.
