The growsuits and bodysuits I purchased are unsafe and unusable. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the small 2 button neck opening and no-give fabric of the bodysuit and growsuit made it impossible to dress my baby in. Baby was crying with distress when trying to pass over her head and get arms in, so I now have 6 unusable items. This was not a sizing issue, but a very poor design issue. The zip romper of the same size has plenty of room and is a somewhat better design if you like the pretty prints, although the feel of the fabric is not nice, almost like lyrca. I received an email response from Snuggle Hunny suggesting that I onsell the items as the 60 day return period had lapsed. I would never even give them away following my experience! Absolute rubbish design in pretty patterns.

Stunning quality, hands down the fasted despatch I've ever come across and the whole team is the most pleasant and lovely group of people I've ever purchased from.

They overnight shipped something to me after I messaged them trying to find a specific shirt in a specific size for our first ever set of family photos. When I first messaged them, the item was on back order, with a shipment due to arrive early September - cutting it close but I thought it would likely be okay. The shipment got delayed, but they regularly posted on their socials to let everyone know the new ETA and when the stock came in, I leapt at the chance to purchase the shirt I needed (with less than a week to pictures). I sent the team a follow up message to let them know what my order number was and the tight time frame I needed it in as I knew they had lots of people excited for the latest stock drop. They got back in contact so quickly, confirming that they would prioritise my order, it was shipped later that day, arriving three days before I needed it.

The photos turned out stunning, I get so many compliments on the kids outfits and it was made extra special seeing my children in matching signature Snuggle Hunny print.
