Booked my recent snow trip to Niseko Japan with SnowPak and thought things were fine. I had received a confirmation from them saying everything was all booked and paid for both my lift tickets and accommodation and even got some beanies in the mail as gifts before our departure. We arrived at the hotel and they managed to locate our reservation and we also managed to get our lift tickets. The issue came to light when we were to check out and were told that the accommodation hadn't been settled and we'd need to make payment before departure. As you could imagine the stress this has caused as we'd been sent confirmation from SnowPak that everything had been paid and the hotel stating it hadn't and we needed to get a connecting flight out early that morning! Trying to call SnowPak wasn't easy, they do not have a 24hr hotline for these situations in the countries that they sell packages for. They also do not have any other way to contact them outside of their business hours. My only option to make my connecting flight was to pay lodging again with the hotel in order to make my connecting flight. When customer service finally got in touch they weren't clear or as helpful as they should've been.

Best price and I like that they followed up within a day of the booking to make sure everything was good.

In an age, where personal human-to-human customer service is declining, SnowPak goes out of their way to provide it - calling and following up, etc.

Such a great service, everything was sorted easily and everything went like clockwork. Will definitely use again in the future.

The website is easy to use, the reservations were perfect, and the price was lower than I'd found elsewhere. Snowpak even followed up with us before our trip to ensure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend using them.

the Resort ( Chateau Jasper) was excellent and the personal were helpful and courteous when I asked questions and needed coffee maker changed as was broken. the indoor parking was a pleasant surprise and was nice not having to clean snow off of the car.

SnowPak is like the Amazon and Apple of ski vacations; they make everything easy! I love that they offer everything for my ski trips (except air travel). Having everything packaged together makes planning so convenient. If I have changes, their staff is always more than willing to help work things out. I have recommended SnowPak to many collegues.

Per usual, Snow Pak offered up another package where all was as stated and we had a great stay. I love this site!

I had one question that needed clarification before I booked online. I called the 1-800 number and a real person answered and was easily able to clarify.
