No idea how this solicitor group is working in Derbyshire. I initially rang what I presumed was their Swadlincote office to ask a general question and was met with an abrupt woman who put the phone down on me. I then sent an email to their info@ email address requesting their conveyance service and never heard anything back from them after what is now 4 days. Smith Partnership clearly don’t want new business.

I was told too many people were on holiday so no one was available to help.

I can't recommend James Johnson highly enough. From our very first conversation, James was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He took the time to clearly explain my rights and options, and his calm, confident approach immediately put me at ease during a very stressful time.

I have used smith partnership recently for legal reasons and used a solicitor called Kirsty Evans from the Hanley branch. Kirsty has always been very straight with what options I had and explained everything in detail that was clear. Kirsty has been a rock in many ways and I can only thank her for her services to me. I couldn’t recommend this lovely lady enough. Made a real traumatising events more settled. Her work is outstanding and very thoughtful. I feel really privileged that I had Kirsty as my legal aid . Jodie Aston at the Swadlincote branch has been incredibly helpful throughout the purchase/sale process. Communicated very well through each of the stumbling blocks along the way right through to completion. Would certainly recommend and will be using their services again in the future.

Recently used smith & partners burton on Trent for house sale . Can only say would never use them ever again and need to take advert out of office windows. Sarah Southall lacks so many skills one being people skills and can name lots more . My personal opinion very rude and not professional that’s my own experience .
