Great customer service from the entire Cypress team. It was and is one of the greatest experience I ever had dealing with storage rental facilities. I visit the facility often and I am always greeted with love and a smile... I feel like family now because they treat me as such.

Great storage business
I am so pleased to have gotten a storage unit here at Cypress Self Storage.
Jaleel was so helpful and courteous. He was friendly and attentive to our needs. He was detailed in helping us sign the contract and also offered us snack, water and we got a free carry bag. I felt so informed when I left and I felt this was the right storage for us. Thank you for your good employees and great business.

What we needed
Location was the first concern. Perfect 3-4 miles from our house. Customer Service: Very good. We were in and out signing all the paperwork and checking out the location of our storage unit in about an hour. Access to dollies: It took four pickup truck trips to move what we needed and a dolly was available every time we got there. Were very pleased with the value for our money and their startup discount.

Impeccable Customer Service!
Wow, the General Manager and staff at this location is amazing. They made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped foot onto the premises. Genuinely friendly, great conversation and very accommodating to my personal needs. I felt safe during the tour of the facility and everything was immaculate. The final selection of a unit was easy and they didn’t try to over sale any unit. They offered great discounts and a move-in specials. Margaret is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She processed all of the paperwork efficiently and promptly. I would absolutely recommend this location to my family, friends and colleagues. It was a very positive first and lasting impression.

Great customer service
All calls were answered promptly, my questions or concerns were addressed and when more clarification was needed, a second employee was consulted, and that impressed me.
Patience and time was given to me to view multiple units prior to making my final decision on which unit best suited my needs.
Facility is very clean, rates are fair, great customer service, will definitely recommend to anyone.
