Orderd new charge cable from them delivery was excellent and the product was spot on 👍

Bought a pair of utterly useless headphones - spent the morning on work calls and no one could hear me.
Asked to return them and get a refund and heard nothing. Scam artists. Avoid

Item never arrived,emailed them on countless times eventually got a email back saying it was posted out according to royal mail they said they were still waiting for the item to be shipped to them,Smartphone gadgets then told me they would replace it and send another out,needless to say 3 weeks on lm still waiting. KEEP AWAY FROM SMARTPHONE GADGETS

I would give them no stars if i could! I bought a genuine Samsung product , but they sent me a £1 Generic product! a basic con! Police should be involved, but we all know they don't do anything any more. never buy from these scammers! smartphonegadget.co.uk are thieves!!

Really bad customer service. Called the phone line many times it rings once and then says unavailable. Emailed no one replies. Received the phone case and its come old, all scratches on it and everything. Do not buy anything from here.

I bought two straps for my Garmin Fenix 7 solar, and by my mistake, I ordered the wrong size. I contacted the people here and explained that the straps didn't fit, and they advised me that I had ordered the wrong size strap for a Fenix 6. They were so helpful and supplied me with a return address, and they then posted the correct size straps from my watch (26mm) and paid the postage again! They were very nice, so I will now buy some more straps from them.
Highly recommended.

Just received my iPhone 13 gel case. It’s evidently been used before and is scratched all along the back. I did not order a used case and it’s very obviously not protected against scratches as it’s highly scratched before even removing it from the parcel.

I recently ordered a set of 2 glass screen protectors for my Samsung S20. When I opened the first one the protector was cracked in half. I sent and email with a video showing the damaged item and expressed my disappointment that I had not received what I paid for but the company has completely ignored my email. As the other reviews suggest, do not use this company unless you want your fingers burnt. I should have checked the reviews before ordering.

Don’t ever shop here. Probably the worst customer service ever don’t answer to emails or nothing. I was supposed to have gotten my case last week but for some reason it hasent came. I tried tracking the parcel but it has not yet came. Honestly dreadful DO NOT I REPEAT DONOT BUT ANYTHING FROM HERE. I don’t even know if I am going to get my product.

Paid for product prior to Christmas, Told is was dispatced 26/12 48 hr tracked and thought to be lost and would replace or refund. Asked for replacement, and since then heard nothing. They don't reply to email, phonecalls or chat facililty they have online, Can only assume they are scammers. Avoid at all costs,

Whilst I have no issue with the product the customer service was horrendous to the point where it would put me off ever using them again.
A query around swapping an item was met with arrogant and curt responses.
Given the amount of competition selling this kind of stuff you'd imagine they would see the benefits of treating customers with respect, plainly they don't.
