Uploading
I spoke to Seyi today with regards to a problem with uploading the pension. Being new to using Smart Pay and also the payroll software that I now use. She spent time going over various things that we could possibly do, with perseverance on her part we got there in the end and I can now rest easy knowing the contributions will be taken from my account on time.

I received the help from a very patient and helpful individual named Philippa. Without Philippa's assistance I would not have accomplished the backlog of work. She guided me through each step to ensure our company records were updated. I learnt a great deal in the whole process too.
