the worst experience in London
the worst experience in London, what was promised to take 3 days ended up taking months. We had people from the company not show up. I had to take time off work and they still would not turn up, Jiri is a scam artist.

If I could give 0 I would. I have delayed writing this review for 6 months as Jiri faithfully promised to fix and compensate me for the horrendous installation of 3 air-conditioning units in my home which I was having so my husband who has been in hospital for nearly two years with a brain injury could come home. His company routed the electrical supply through my lights and other sockets causing me to lose my electricity it cost me an additional 2k to finally find out through electricians why my electricity kept tripping. Jiri has promised for 6 months to compensate me and repair the mess that his company has made of my home as well but has never done it. I said I wouldn't put a review if he did what he promised and fixed the terrible mess Ive been so patient with him and his constant promises but hes now ignored me and its been 6 months of him promising. I'm devastated that another person could this to me

My elderly boiler had developed some…
My elderly boiler had developed some chronic problems. I could not find a time for my local plumber to fix it before Christmas.
SmartHeat sent Jiri out who identified some faulty parts and managed to source replacements at reasonable prices. He also took time to explain the mechanics of the boiler, which is very useful for troubleshooting, and has since called me to check it is working ok. I found SmartHeat online and saw good reviews here in Trustpilot. I have not been disapointed. I will use SmartHeat again and I can recommend them.

Had a problem with boiler pressure. Jiri agreed to come out very promptly and sort and helpfully explained how to fix problem next time. Clear about costs and good value. Would highly recommend this company.

Smartheat London really saved the day
Smartheat London really saved the day. My boiler needed to be replaced and I called several heating companies. None of them gave me a nice customer experience so I decided after consulting with Jiri to go ahead with them. As soon as the engineer came to my house, he was professional and answered all my questions without hesitation. Then as soon as the job was finished the engineer made sure to check with me if I was satisfied which I really appreciated. The welcome package that they provided was a nice little touch. If you want quality and professional service I would recommend Smartheat. I have suggested to my friends Jiri’s services and they were also pleased.

Friendly and professional service from Chris. Had 6 zones of underfloor heating and an air conditioner unit running into 3 rooms (which has come in handy with this mini heatwave!). Cannot recommend enough - everything was cleaned and spotless afterwards too.

Where is the 10-star button?
Chris and his crew installed a new combi boiler at my house and performed a conversion from the old vented system (with the water tank in the loft) to the modern unvented system. The quality of the work they did is absolutely fantastic and they carried it out in a timely fashion, while being tidy, clean and mindful of my property. I would recommend SmartHeat London with no reservation. They do truly impressive work at a great price.

Boiler fitted to our satisfaction although there was rescheduling of original booking by the installer where my husband had already booked a day off. Then the engineer didn’t turn up on the day of arrangements and ended up rescheduling to original day of booking .
Overall good service provided by Chris who had been helpful and very considerate throughout our experience.
Chris is an understanding member of staff and did go extra mile in the end to keep our custom.

Installers were really friendly, efficient and the price was the best I got by a long way from quite a few quotes.
For a service in london was really pleased, and will def use again for any gas issues.
