Great training throughout!

The online work and in car training was really thorough and I feel very prepared for my part 3 test.

They provide extra training if needed and I have attended loads of extra sessions tan by their senior trainer!

It’s been hard work but so worth it!!!

My experience from start to finish was awesome. Smart Driving delivered on their promise and I got my licence after just 10hours of driving!!! It was easy for the instructor to figure out my weaknesses and address them, he was always on time and made sure I was comfortable. If you really want to start driving soon, Smart Driving is your sure bet.

So far so good…. Although only at the beginning (waiting to be able to book my theory but still waiting in my DBS!!! Nothing to do with SmartDrive) I didn’t want to just wait which could be up to another 60 days they’ve allowed me to start Part 2 to continue with my training. The few times I’ve contacted either by phone or email I’ve had a response very quickly. Here’s to continuing a smooth journey to a qualified ADI!!! Thank you 👍

I have been having a great experience all the way from a beginner to PDI and all credit goes to Smart Driving, very professional, efficient and for me everything went smoothly, over all a great experience. This is a great company to work with. You will get everything, i mean all the supports to become a successful ADI

The whole Team were brilliant, although I did not need to contact them very often.

I have not got any professional support at all, they sent only some subjects through emails which can be found online. They do not wanna refund of course ! It is not a true what they say before the course ! one star is too many for their service ! If you want to become an instructor driver please think it over, it is not worth making a monkey or idiot from yourself especially during adi II to eran 700 per week ! The course completely unnecessary, try to learn to use all data which is published in internet sometimes you have to pay but not a lot.

Niki Richardson was an amazing driving instructor helped me so much and was a lovely guy, Couldn’t recommend him enough - helped me pass 1st time!

I did not have a good experience with this organisation. I would not recommend them.

I don’t feel it was supportive to be bullied and harassed for daring to have an opinion on my experience.

I started my training in February and have so far passed my part 1 and 2 with them. Fantastic resource both with the material sent to you and the online training. Support from the team at Drive is fantastic, they are aLeah’s positive and quick to answer you both emails and on the phone.

I have just finished my training to become a driving instructor with SmartDriving and starting my trainee licence next month!

Everyone has been helpful and supportive throughout, it has made a huge difference to my training and I don't think I would have got this far without the support of the training team.

I had started this years ago with another training company and the training I have received from DRIVE has been head and shoulders above any other. Everyone I have spoken to too has been knowledgable and supportive.

It has required lot of hard work and focus for the last 12 months but I am going onto my trainee licence feeling confident and prepared!

I have been given clear guidance on the training that lies ahead and the support that is available. Really looking forward to the next step!

Finally passed my Driving test with Drive, I've been supported the whole way and couldn't be happier with the driving school team, support staff and a great instructor who had just passed his instructor test with them too!

I have just passed my ADI Theory test yesterday after two attempts with upsetting annoying results to be honest.

Prior to my third attempt of yesterday 13/04/2023 the encouraging and constant help I got from support was a compelling force that triggered resilience in me. It almost got to that point that I wanted to let it be for awhile.

However my confidence grew back after watching extra Hazard Perception video clip sent by support out to me via email. Honestly that video clip was the ice breaker. I must be frank the level of help I have got from support so far is amazing and I hope they continue this way until the end of my journey 🙏🙏.

Yesterday I wrote what could be described as a unfair review of this particular company (a review removed totally & wholly by my choice).
After the placing review I received a unexpected phone call from a director explaining the cost of placing an individual through the driver instructor process.
I didn't agree with everything he said, nor did he agree with my viewpoint entirely, however his approach was professional, polite and I have to be honest totally reasonable and fair.
My viewpoint was driven by a little personal upset.
I was then contacted by Training Support Manager Claire Bragg, again I was a little defensive, however Claire's friendly, polite approach descalateted the situation professionally and quickly.

The subject topic was disability and one has to stress the sensitive topic was handled with great compassion & empathy.

My viewpoint and therefore rating is based purely on the experience described.

I have recently qualified as an ADI after training with SmartDriving and the support and training I have received has been great!
All the support staff have been really knowledgeable and always there to help and the training materiel and trainers has been exception.
I feel like I have had a really personalised experience and that the team cared about me and helping me qualify!!

The training support were great in helping answer my queries

My correspondence with SmartDriving has always been positive. They have answered my queries very quickly and continue to be of a great help to my business.

I started my journey with smart drive in October and it’s the best decision I ever took.
I have always had the interest of becoming an instructor for years but never did it as something kept coming up but then I had an email with special offers from smart drive so I called them and had a lengthy conversation about the whole course, they were very helpful and answered all my questions, at that point I knew there was excellent customer service and decided to join straight away.
Since then the service has been outstanding and every time I email them I get a prompt reply which is very helpful.
I am now on part 2 of the course and aiming to go for a pass first time if I’m lucky.
I will recommend smart drive to all friends and family and anyone who’s interested in becoming an instructor.
I’m not going to lie there’s a lot of time effort and work you have to put in to this but the learnings I’ve taken from this is amazing considering I’ve been driving for 32 years.
I’m so happy I went with smart drive as the team are very helpful outstanding and exceptional customer service.

The help and support I have had from Drive is outstanding ive done this course with another driving school and I can vouch that Drive are not here to just make money they want to see us succeed whereas that driving school only wanted to make money and im not the only one that has felt that 5/6 other PDI has felt that too before I joined they told me not to as I will be wasting my money but unfortunately I didn’t listen to them I joined but then I regretted joining them and not Drive… My kids have seen my journey with that other driving school and with Drive so far and they are saying Drive are much better and my eldest is 18 and then 16 they both have been with me throughout my 1st journey and this and I asked them to rate both and they rated other driving school at 2/3 out of 10 and Drive 9/10 out of 10 so you can see the massive difference
