Bronwyn (GH) is the most empathetic, kind and patient woman that i could have wished for when dealing with my first OH referral. She explained the whole process thoroughly and spoke to me completely judgement free. She sympathised with my current condition immediately which made me feel completely comfortable with sharing all the details of my medical condition with her. Instead of doing her job and giving my employer the guidance she recommended to support me, she done all of that and so much more! She went above and beyond giving me access to multiple resources that i didnt even know exist (toilet map/radar key ect). This is going to change my life immediately for the better!

It was lovely to face time somebody from the comforts of home.The appointment was made and so easy to join the online face to face chat.The questions were asked about my questionnaire that I filled in regarding health issues and prescription meds. The lady was assessing my suitability to work and to see if my employer would need to make adjustments for my "fit to work" policy and supporting if necessary. Lovely relaxed chat and its nice to know once employed I can use this service for health and wellbeing support if I need to.

Smart clinic were very informative and professional in the whole process of my ill health retirement assessment. The whole process from filling out the permission forms to access medical records to receiving the report at the end was self explanatory and easy to use. The doctor was knowledgeable on my health conditions which made the situation easier to deal with.
