I was worried about the assessment as when you have health issues you worry that they will not be taken seriously or fairly as many organisations tick the equality box but do not support employees with disabilities, and often make working conditions difficult forcing the disabled employee to look else where. The nurse was kind, respectful and appeared to understand. I felt I could be open, honest and I felt safe to do so.

I was listened to and I was made to feel valued.

They were very helpful and very compassionate.

Meredith was very helpful and considerate and thorough when reviewing all aspects of health and what would be reasonable to change at work :)

my smart clinic assessor was personable, easy to talk to and managed to get all of the relevant details from a friendly conversation and put them into a concise report. The report was easy to access and took all the stress out of the process.
