I visited Sky yesterday to upgrade to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max, and I have to say the service I received from Shazad was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, he was polite, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me get the best deal possible.

Shazad explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress‑free. His customer service was exceptional — friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. It’s rare to meet someone who takes so much pride in their work and treats customers with such respect.

Sky sold is fast fibre optic broadband amd we paid £150 for the service including movies. We struggled to get Internet it turned out it was between 2 and 19 per second and that they had upgraded us to the highest level
Turned out we were paying for fibre optic but getting service from copper wires.
They lied.
There were days we had to go to cafes to use their Internet sky was so bad
We cancelled and have gone to virgin
We gave 30 days notice
They cancelled our Internet immediately without telling us and insist we pay for 30 days of Internet sky box sets and movies that they have switched off
They are disgusting
When we called up to complain they suggest we renew the contract to have our service reconnected
We declined
