I was looking to swap for a new phone and sought my broadband out and damion was just so helpful with everything

I went in looking to switch from my old provider to sky and the salesman Damien was great, very chatty and not at all a hard seller. Just answered all my questions and showed me the deals available to me. It was nice dealing with someone in person and it made everything really easy.

Damion is an amazing person. He was very patient with us and explained all the features of the phone. Helped us to understand the contract and everything. Gave us the best advice.

Hi we had Sky installed a few weeks ago everything is good with that. I was informed that as we were previously with Virgin the remaining balance we owed to them would be used to take the amount of our monthly subscription to Sky. All I had to do was get an email from virgin stating our closing balance. I unfortunately lost the email from them so they issued me another one so all I need was a bank statement showing we had paid it. I went into Mansfield Four Seasons today to sort this out. The person who I spoke to last week was Lovely and said make sure you bring all documents with you but I was still waiting for the email to arrive so he said to come back today and do it. He was very nice. But he wasn’t there. So I told the other man and he said abruptly I can’t do it we only sell here and then said I would have to do it online or wait till the other salesman is there. Which I will. I wasn’t impressed the the other man his customer service was awful.

Damion gave us a fantastic deal on a new iPhone for my wife . Very knowledgeable and friendly service . No pressure sales . Thoroughly recommended

I love the sky service in Mansfield the staff are amazing. Toni and Jody are always helpful. Would recommend anyone going to see them both if you need anything
