You were up front with delivery. Yes you said it would be a couple of days and it was longer. Also, I tried your 3oz bottles that were rectangle. I guess I'll stick with the 2oz on my next order.

Order 1944735. We are a customer from Sweden who have been a customer for many years. On this order we have been charged for US VAT $448,13.
We have never been charged for VAT before on any orders from you or other US suppliers. We would like that you return the payment on the credit card that have been used for the payment. Everything else have been excellent good information regarding the delivery and the delivery time was shorter then expected.Please return with actions regarding the VAT

Less expensive…higher quality
I was concerned about the quality of the product since it was so much cheaper than the competitors, but the lipbalm tubes were actually higher quality than my last order from another company. Tubes were thicker walled and caps click on instead of an unsatisfying slide.
Very pleased with the order.
