Metto una stella perché non se ne possono mettere 0. Sito truffa, i capi arrivano completamente diversi dalle foto. Ordinato un costume in taglia S arrivato ENORME, uno slip che sembra una mutanda di taglia L. Qualità pessima. Inoltre, per effettuare il reso richiedono una spesa di 25 euro!. In sostanza fanno in modo che tu rimanga con la roba scadente che ti inviano.

My order never came the whole. I paid 92€ and I only got one top. And I’ve been waiting for 1,5 month to receive

This is the most incompetent and untrustworthy brand I’ve ever dealt with.

I ordered 2 dresses over two months ago, and immediately got a mail saying they didn’t have any of them in stock, even though it didn’t say on the website.

I responded that I would just like my money refunded. They didn’t respond.

I send two separate mails with a 2 week interval trying to confirm the confirmation of the refund. They respond after that, that they will send one dress and the other will be refunded.

It’s now been several weeks and no refund has been seen and no dress has been seen. And they don’t seem to want to respond to any emails regarding this order.
So I have lost a great 100$ but don’t worry I did get so lucky to receive a couple trustissuse one the way for life.

Undoubtly the most incompetent and squalid people behind this brand.

Non mi risponde nessuno dal servizio clienti e devo partire a breve. Ció non mi permetterà neanche di restituirlo in tempo nel caso. Pessimo sito e servizio, 0 credibilità e affiabilità

I ordered 2 items two months ago. After two months, 1 item finally arrived, but the other still hasn't. I’ve been in contact with the company via email several times; they keep telling me there is a delay and that it’s unfortunate, but otherwise, they aren't doing anything about it and just tell me to wait. It’s really the worst delivery I experienced.

ho ordinato un vestito e un costume due settimane fa, il mio ordine dice che è stato spedito, ma non ci sono alcune notizie sul tracciamento e non ho idea di dove possa essere il mio pacco. inoltre ho scritto al servizio clienti su instagram che dovrebbe essere disponibile 24/24 ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. mi hanno risposto solo alla prima e-mail che ho inviato ma non sono stati per nulla esaustivi, mi hanno semplicemente ripetuto le cose presenti sulla pagina del cosiddetto tracciamento.

This is an absolute scam company. I ordered two items a month ago, and when I emailed for an update they told me one of the items was out of stock, AFTER I had already paid for it. They are now not replying to my emails after me emailing several times, even though they said I would receive a full refund. So appalling.

dal momento che qui nessuno sembra ricevere il proprio ordine (come anche la sottoscritta) vi consiglio di aprire una contestazione di addebito con la vostra banca e provare a recuperare la somma. Purtroppo questa azienda è una truffa, il servizio clienti non esiste e spero possa fallire oggi.

I placed an order on 28th May and paid £114, with an expected delivery time of 3–5 days. By mid-June, I still hadn’t received anything and had to repeatedly chase the company just to get an update. Eventually, they informed me that some of the items I ordered were out of stock and offered replacements. While frustrating, I agreed and selected alternative items.

However, it then took until July for the order to finally arrive—and even then, only 3 out of the 4 items were delivered. On top of that, the quality of the products was extremely poor. Honestly, I could have ordered from Shein and had faster delivery and similar (if not better) quality.

Since then, I’ve been trying daily to contact the company through their inquiry form, email, website, and Instagram to request a refund, but I’ve received absolutely no response. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable.

At this point, I genuinely believe this company is a scam. I ultimately had to go through my bank to get my money back due to their failure to respond or resolve the issue.

I would strongly advise against ordering from this company.

I placed Order on May 30 and paid €162. After waiting for days with no updates, I was told that one of the items was out of stock. I agreed to replace it to avoid further delays.

Despite that, nothing happened. My order was never shipped, my tracking now says “The order has been deleted,” and the company has completely stopped responding to my emails, Instagram messages, and contact form submissions.

More than a month later, I have neither my order nor a refund.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Poor communication, false promises, and no resolution. I am now forced to dispute the payment with my bank.

I would not recommend buying from this company.

if i could choose to give this site zero stars i would. I don’t have words to explain how much I’m mad right now at this “brand”. Please do yourself a favor and listen to these reviews before buiyng.

Less than 1 star! I am appalled by Skylr…
- my order has not arrived yet despite it being longer than a month I ordered it
- no tracking available, so who knows where my parcel is if it’s even coming
- customer service refused to help and is now ignoring my attempts to contact them

DO NOT BUT FROM THIS BRAND, they are simply scamming money out of you!

The quality of the dress is extremely poor. I ordered a polka-dot set, but the dots are not proper dots at all. The pattern is uneven, irregular and does not match the product photos. At first, I thought it might be a printing error, but there is not a single normal dot anywhere on the dress.

The worst part is the return process. I tried to return the item, which should be a basic customer right, but they have not responded properly. Because of their delayed response, the 15-day return period has now passed and I am unable to complete the return.

Very disappointing experience overall. Everything wrong with this brand.

I would not recommend this brand at all.
My order took more than a month to arrive, and the quality of the products is very poor. On top of that, the sizing is completely inaccurate. I ordered a size S, but it was extremely oversized—more like a M/L.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my purchase.

I've never had a worse experience than this! The website says it takes 2-5 business days for the package to arrive, but that's absolutely not true. I placed the order on June 10th. I've emailed them at least 4 times, but I've never received a response. The package arrived today, June 25th, but I've never received anything. Customer service is as if it doesn't exist, as I'm not receiving any responses or solutions. I MUST REPORT!!!!!

So first of all it took them about 3 weeks to ship the clothes to me and they only did it because I had to text them on Instagram in the comments that they’re taking their sweet time :( I also wrote them an email asking for a refund or at least something little since it’s been 2 weeks over the estimated shipping date…nothing … then the clothes finally arrived (couldn’t use them for a Birthday party anymore) and the quality is so bad + the size was way too big unfortunately so I wanted to send everything back which you only have 14 days and I texted them right away asking to return it and they don’t answer so now I have to sell the stuff on Vinted which nobody seems interested in.. literally worst experience

It’s been a month and a half since I ordered two dresses, I sent 3 emails to the customer service because I had no information for my order til now and they didn’t respond to the 3 emails. I have asked a total refund today. Their delivery services and customer service are really bad I should have read the reviews on this brand . I will never buy this brand again very bad experience!
