Delivery was on time, delivers were friendly and set up perfectly.

I have purchased a few times from Sit n' Sleep and each time I am so impressed with customer service operations. The call before the delivery date, the day of and the call from the lead driver BEFORE their arrival. Professional and FRIENDLY... I couldn't be happier! Thank you for my Casper Pillows... I love them!

Everything from start to finish with Keith. Making sure he knew what we wanted, our concerns, aches and pains. We accomidsted all of it. All with a smile on his face. Delivery service was early by an hour. They were quick and pleasant. Sit and sleep was wonderful

My delivery came within 24 hours after I made the purchase! I received several text messages informing me when to expect it and when they were close to arrive, so no guess work which was great especially because it was a holiday and we had company.
The two delivery men were very also very cordial and offered extra help in the setup which I so appreciated.

Well I can't lay on the mattress for 3 hours but if the mattress is like James Segal's online work and Mario and Steve's delivery, we'll be floating on a cloud. Everyone has been super nice and professional. Come for the TV ads, stay for the product! I did. Thank you

I appreciated the phone cal that the guys were running late which I was ok with. I had no mattress or box spring to recycle which I know they would be happy about not taking them out. The gentlemen were quick in putting the base together and then the bed. Perfect height for me to get on my new bed.
