I never recieved my products
I never recieved my products, Fedex are awful please stop using them. They did phone and acknowledged that they had delivered my items to the wrong address and I would get them by end of the day! Still not recieved them. Please can I have a refund.

Let down by delivery options and customer service
The product itself was great and reasonably priced, however customers are given no choice but to pay a large amount for next day delivery, and after-sales customer service was poor.
Unfortunately the parcel didn't arrive as scheduled and after getting nowhere with Sissel customer service, I had to spend 40 minutes on the phone to the courier for it to arrive at all (4 days late). It was almost impossible to get past the courier's automated menu to speak to someone, as it's designed for the sender not the recipient. There was also no response to my last email to Sissel customer service.
I realise the courier is separate, but I've rated 3* as Sissel don't offer their customers a choice of courier or delivery options, and their after sales customer service was either slow and not very helpful, or non-existent. For that reason I would be hesitant to recommend or use them again.

The second delivery Sissel saw on the tracker was the one I had arranged directly after it became clear that it would not be attempted again without intervention (the delivery driver had claimed the address didn't exist). I was finally able to get through to someone at FedEx on the Monday to arrange it, and Sissel only confirmed what they saw on the tracker after this had been done.
It wasn't clear that customer service wouldn't respond over weekends or bank holidays, as many other companies do. If their operating hours were published, or communicated in an automatic reply, I would have been far less frustrated by the delay in response.
Given the compulsory high cost of delivery, I was unhappy that I had been left in a position where I was having to spend a considerable amount of time chasing to receive the delivery at all. I also hoped Sissel might be more helpful than to just repeat what was on the tracker (which I had been doing for days), and was very disappointed when my last email was completely ignored (interesting that they're quick to respond here though).
I'm sure most the time they're fine, but my experience fell short in two areas and that's why I've rated 3*.
