I booked them for an end-of-lease bond-back cleaning on a house. The contractor that came was unbelievably arrogant. Amongst other things, l told them not to place anything in the empty rubbish bins, as instructed by the Real Estate Agent. I offered to give them rubbish bags instead. But they they dismissed that as 'extra' work. Started complaining about everything as 'extras'. My intuition told me that they wanted to be paid more. I ended having to pay 2 hours extra, because it was too late to switch to another cleaning service. So, be warned. There are a lot of 'grey' areas that leave a lot to be desired. The contractor who attended the job goes by the name of Mahesh. A bad experience that I don't wish it on someone else.
The online form is inadequate. Clarify all the cleaning details separately, in black and white prior to committing yourself.

We've been using Simply Spotless since August last year and Alvaro's team have been fantastic from day one. They clean our full apartment, covering the kitchen, lounge, bedroom, bathroom, and office, and the standard is consistently excellent every single visit.

Great company to deal with. Transparent pricing was provided online and it was easy to request a job online. They had lots of available time slots, I selected the next working day. One of their cleaners Zattam very quickly accepted the job. He turned up on time on the day and did the job to a very high standard. He worked very hard and took alot of pride in the quality of his work.

I’ve had a top cleaning job done by this company. I don’t know about their other cleaners but the guy that did the bond cleaning on my unit was a guy called Sanket who was diligent, professional, courteous and helpful towards me. Based on this experience I would have no trouble getting them in future or recommending them to others.

Worst cleaners ever this booking agent sends lazy cleaners total waste of money. Zero attention to detail their checklist means nothing.
