Horrible manager. Tried to make a return for slacks ordered to be delivered to store. Picked up 5/22 and tried to return 5/24. I was notified pants had arrived in store by email on 5/22/26. Picked up 5/22/26, however the manager who was anything but helpful refused to return as I had passed the return date by one day. Store ordered 4/23/26 even though I didnt receive until 5/22. I was also required to take a gift card for almost 20 less than I paid because I was informed pants were marked down on 5/24/26. The day I tried to return. I had the pants one day , bad fit and had to accept a gift card for store. Let me add no other communication was made to me to pick up pants prior to email. When I asked the rude manager what phone number they used ( she stated store would have called me via phone several times before email ) she had no phone number in her system. She had to obtain from me to provide a gift card. The receipt she gave me with my gift card stated return without a receipt. NOt true, I had all receipts. Extremely poor management. What should have been a 5-minute simple return had me leaving that store shaking mad. Never again would I shop there. Terrible attitude of the manager.

Customer Service does not help at all. Difficulty placing the order online, I had 10 things in my cart. Something was weird about the credit card verification they use. The customer svc lady (at the corporate office) said she could place the order for me if I gave her the STYLE# of each item. It does not show the STYLE# only a SKU#. She treated me like I was an idiot and said oh well you'll have to wait a day or 2 to place your order online after the preautorized amount on your c/card falls off. Thanks for nothing.

Not very honest, went yo store and closed not one near me
Called about gift cards I had was told only way to use was on linevwith a shipping fee and fee for return if didn't fit
Don't trust them or Cato Don't purchase gift cards from them

This is a huge insult to what Cache used to be. Not even close on the fashion 🤮

Clean and well kept store with a good range of beautifully displayed clothing. However, I walked into the store and not one person acknowledged me. As much as some pieces of clothing looked cute and attractive and I had the desire to make a purchase, I walked out of the store. I don't believe that I would set foot in that store again.
