Broken prop.
Purchased a prop 1 week used it at an event the following weekend prop snapped in half as customer picked it up. I reached out and was told there is nothing they can do. I could understand if I had the prop for months. But 1 week and use the next week and it snaps soon as it's picked up, then be told they can't do anything about that... BAD BUSINESS!

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. I want to take a moment to clarify our position. Our return policy, which is listed online and shared with you multiple times outlines the terms under which we handle such matters.
You’ve ordered from us twice, and the quality of the props in both instances has been consistent. However, I cannot take responsibility for damage reported 9 days after delivery. External factors, such as transit or handling during your event, could have impacted the prop’s condition. Unfortunately, I have no way of verifying what occurred after the product was delivered in good condition. Based on your previous experience with our props, you know that this is not indicative of the quality of our PVC plastic or our craftsmanship.
It’s disappointing to hear that your first course of action is to “spread the word and leave a bad review” about our business, especially when your previous orders arrived in excellent condition.
While I understand your frustration, the circumstances in this case do not align with our policy for replacements or refunds. I appreciate your understanding.
