Placed an order on July 11th expecting to receive my items before my daughter went back to school next week. Received an email saying my order will be delayed 3 weeks from the date it was placed. Emailed customer service asking for an update and they were not helpful at all! All they could tell me was that my order was still in the queue and waiting to be processed.I wish they would cancel my order and give me back my money so that I can spend it at a company that actually cares about their customers! NEVER AGAIN

I placed a large order with justice clothing on 7/11/2023. This included back to school, birthday and christmas. Approx 150$ went into this order. They had 3,5,8 dollar sale on all tops bottoms back packs and everything. I had about 50 dollars in the budget left and went back and ordered some for others in the family. School starts next week, No order and all the customer service phone numbers are out of order. ITS BEEN A MONTH anyone else?

I placed my order on July 2nd and was told there was a delay of about 2 weeks for my order to ship. It's been about 5 weeks and my order still has not shipped. In the past, when I had to return something, they charged me ridiculously high restocking fees for items not as described. I love their products, however, this is beginning to seem like a scam.

I wish I could give one star. I purchased 5 uniform skirts online on sale. It took 3 weeks for me to receive my order and when my daughter tried them on they were way too tight. Their sizing is smaller than other brands. I called to return the items and was told they would charge me 3.50 per item to return. I paid 40 for 5 skirts and would have to pay 17 to return them. I will NEVER shop with them again. I am so disappointed with my first experience. The skirts were so cute and I’m so bummed that they have such a horrible policy. No thank you.

Pourquoi en Belgique le législateur belge n' a-t-il rien prévu en cas de dysfonctionnement judiciaire quand un juge ou magistrat commet une faute pourquoi c'est impossible de faire reconnaître cette faute ? Je rappelle qu'en France le législateur français a bien prévu qu'en cas de dysfonctionnement judiciaire reconnu et qu'une indemnisation compensatoire ainsibque la rectification de la faute est faisable en Belgique rien pourquoi? On vous orientera! Vers des procédures longues et coûteuses quasiment impayable rendant impossible la rectification pourquoi? N'aisse pas inquiétant ? J'ai également une question ? Pourquoi avons nous a faire à des confrères dans le cadre de plainte à l ´ encontre de notaire d'avocat et de juge ? Est déontologique? Ils ne sont pas rémunéré!en plus et souvent classé sans suite?

My order was delivered to my old address. I call customer service he's gonna tell me to go to my old address and retrieve my package. What are you talking about? You're supposed to replace it I don't live there. He did not help me Mr. David who is supposedly the supervisor there's somebody always above someone he's going to tell me they'll call me Monday didn't ask for my number though. These people are crazy. like never again.

BEWARE of their new "return/exchange" policies!! Being that there are no physical stores anymore, you must pay a per item fee to return your items to them - or you can send with your own postage and wait 3-4 weeks to have the credit show up.
I was trying to exchange the items I ordered for a different size - NOPE, you cannot do that either unless you reorder and repay for shipping (in addition to paying to have your items shipped back to them). Their site suggests that if you need a different size (an exchange), you should reorder the new size while you are processing the return - but here is the kicker, they will not apply the amount of your refund to the "new" purchase. I ordered the original items with a Justice Gift Card - so they are returning the amount that I am owed back to that gift card (which is totally fine) - BUT I won't have that amount back to the gift card until they receive my current return. Why not just do what other stores do and apply your refund amount to your new purchase right then and there?? This makes no sense! I have shopped at Justice for years for both of my daughters, but with this new policy, I definitely won't be shopping there anymore.

Ordered 3 match sets 3/12/23. Never received them. Sale items for $93.13. No record of the order but it cleared my debit account 3/12/23. No email. I tried to login. Said I had no account. My money is gone. Can’t find an 800 number. SCAM WEBSITE.
I’m out 93.13. Beware!
If they call me, I’ll remove this review.

Ordered a black fleece Hoodie. After a month an a half the item arrived and was not even close to the item I ordered. Received a cheap blue shirt

Didn't know my gift card isn't good anymore. Didn't even know Justice stores were closing! What a waste of money!

Terrible. I placed an order a month ago, never shipped or received. I emailed them and they didn’t respond - it’s been 4 days. I called them and there is a recording saying they shut their number down. Not sure how to get my money back!!!

I ordered my stuff August 6th. Can’t get hold of them and they don’t respond to my emails. Checked yesterday said ordered “partially filled” today it changed to @fulfilled”.trying to find out somehow if my whole order is there as a couple things were in stock when I placed order but now they are out of stock. Does anyone know if they tell you ahead of time if something is not in your order or do you just get surprised when it arrives? WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HANDLING OF PEOPLES ORDER AND ISSUES. TODAY THEY ARE OVERWHELMED WITHOHOBE CALLS BECAUSE OF SALES SO THEY HAVE SHUT THEIR OHONES OFF AND YOU NEED TO EMAIL THEM. LOTS OF LUCK WITH THAT!!!!!!!

Horrible company. They have no morals! Canceling everybody’s orders for the $2 sale to turning around & put same clothes on the website for a higher price. Y’all are horrible. Never ever ever again will I shop with justice. Straight TRASH!!!!! And LIARS!

August 4th I made a large order for daughter when they had the big sale. Order was suppose to arrive on the 16th never showed when I wrote them they said it would be 7-14 day delay. But on sept 1 it says my order is being canceled. Love their clothes but they are a freaking joke. Their online ordering system should not be this horribly ran.

The promote a sale they know they can't fill…. No update…. I reach out to them and they tell me it's 14 day delay not counting the 3 weeks I've already waited mind you…and after a month out of the blue they cancel order and still have the same items I ordered on the website at a higher price……scam business

After emailing wanting updates on my order that was placed over a month ago, they decided that they would just cancel my orders. All 3 orders were canceled. My aunt however that ordered after me received her shipment.

Stuck with $75 worth of gift cards that the “new” justice brand will not accept. I will not ever spend one more dollar with justice

First time ordering from this company. No notice on their website that orders are delayed. It's been 21 days since I placed an order. I filed a complaint with the FTC and Paypal.

I placed an order on August 4th. The only update I received has been that they refunded one item in my purchase because they no longer had it.

I inquired about an update 11 buisness days after my order because there was still no shipping update and in response I received a message explaining that they're busy because of back to school and then they said that my order would be processed 7-14 days from the day of their email response and that if I just wanted a refund to let them know.

So if you ask for an update I guess they put your order back to the end of the line?

I want my order! I got some great deals in their clearance online but the time it's taking to process and ship my order is outrageous!

I purchased clothes August 4 when they were doing that huge sale, understandably I’m sure a lot of others did as well so I get it would take a while to get all orders out but here it is already August 28 and nothing. Initially when purchasing they said it would be 7-14 days. I got an email August 12 and said it would be an additional 7-14 days and I ended up emailing them and asking how much longer will I have to wait August 20th and they emailed me back August 23rd and said it would be an additional 7-14 days……

Meanwhile they’re sending several emails every day promoting sales and deals but they can’t even keep up with orders.

If you’re wanting to purchase from them just beware that it will take the longest time to receive your items, if you receive them at all.
