Ordered shoes from them and received e-mail saying they had been sent. They never arrived. Contacted them 6 times using their contact form on the web site (twice), e-mail (three times, one in German by using google translate), and by Facebook where they deleted my post. They never responded to any contact. Finally contacted them via Paypal which was also ignored.

Had to escalate this via Paypal and then received a full refund via Paypal within a couple of days.

Please avoid this comany at all costs.

They do have the cheek to keep sending advertising e-mails though.

if you don't speak German, they just ignore you. You have to pay the return cost yourself, they claim they will pay it back but they just NEVER reply to anything if it's not in German

Bought 3 pairs of shoes more than 2 weeks ago, paid via PayPal, didn't receive any confirmation apart from the PayPal payment email. Haven't received my goods yet, which under the circumstances (Covid19) would be happy to allow for more time, but I've tried contacting them via email with no response. I've opened a PayPal case 2 days ago, no response yet. Unfortunately, I now need to wait 14 days for their response until PayPal refunds my money. In the meantime, I can't buy anything else in case the goods arrive. They don't seem very professional... I just hope PayPal will reimburse my payment.

sent me damaged shoes, said refund has been issued, 2 weeks later still no money on my account. i am £50 out of my pocket, not to mention wasted time. Discusting seller, stay away!

UPD: received a refund after over 4 weeks of raising the issue. the amount of time wasted on communication, sending the product back and resolving the issue is a joke.

I was bit sceptic, but it was the only place I could find boots I wanted - payed with PayPal for safety and Tadaaa!!! they arrived in just 4 days .
With free delivery and much lower price I highly recommend this website.

Although I initially had no email confirmation of my order, after emailing them they replied to say that my sandals were on their way and would arrive in 3 - 5 days. They arrived on time. Good service.

My order took place a week ago and I haven’t received it yet. I sent the email again and again about my order, because at first they said 1-3 working days and then (after the payment) they changed it to 3-5 working days. They didn’t reply. I’ll probably lost my money and for sure I don’t have the shoes the time I need. I should buy from a different shop another one pair of shoes. Waste of money and time!!!

When I returned two pairs of shoes to the German company Schuhe24 who trade as shoesyouwant.com in the UK, they failed to refund me. They effectively stole my £80. Customer Service do not reply to any communications including Facebook. This is fraud / theft. Avoid this company. They can not be trusted. I am now pursuing the matter through the UK's trading standards link to the German regulators. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
