Quick shipment, everything came I when it was supposed to at a price that was right! Will definitely order again!

This was our first time ordering from Shieldlab. The delivery came promptly and we loved the product. The solar powered dummy cameras looks so real! We can't wait to install the cameras on our property. We will definitely be ordering from this company again.

In my opinion, a company is only as good as their communication and customer service. I got immediate responses and quick action with their customer service. A trust worthy company.

The item purchased when received looked cheap and in my opinion would not fool any would be thief. I have seen children's toy guns that looked more realistic. The items ware made in China like most of these items and retail on the Internet anywhere form $2.99 to $20.99 at Best Buy. Yes the items are the same. It just depends on what the market is willing to pay. I contacted the company the next day and got an RMA return number and sent them back. Beside paying shipping which came a day later since the shipper wrote the wrong address on the box but I had to pay the return shipping plus 20% restocking fee. Basically the company got their money back for their investment and will probably resell the item to someone else. I did find a company that manufactures a security camera for the real thing and a duplicate of the real thing that is a dummy camera. You cannot tell the difference.Purchasing the new cameras, even with shipping turned out to be the same price I paid for the first cameras even with the return shipping and the 20% restocking fee. Extremely happy with the new purchase.The new cameras even have the name of the company on them and they are a recognized security name. People need to do a little research before buying either the real thing or a dummy camera as a deterrent.

As I was putting up two of the Cameras, On the front of the House. The Neighbor from across the street asked me. "Are you putting a security System?" My Answer was YES. The Neighbor on my left & on the right Also Asked. The Neighbor on the left side asked " Can you point one of the Cameras a little bit to my Driveway too?" I thought it was funny. I let them know it was programed to my son's Lab Top & Cell Phone, So he can Check on the house from any place or Time. I was trying to make it sound as good as I could.

Had a couple questions, called Ralph and he answered them right away. Shipment was received next day, excellent quality materials used and packed very well. The product works as stated, great inexpensive deterrent 'dummy camera' for our home!

We received our solar powered product from SHIELDLAB - (home security products) not knowing what to expect and we were surprised with how authentic our camera looks. We live on a small cul-de-sac and have it mounted on the corner of our home. Not only does my family feel safer, our neighbors do too and are also interested in buying some. Even though we live in a safe community, you never know what can happen and with this we have peace of mind.

This was my second order with Shieldlab.com, and things couldn't have gone more smoothly. I had some pre-purchase questions about the Trinity-788 lock, so I called the sales people. They answered in a very timely and professional manner with useful information.

Great service. I ordered one afternoon and the products were at my doorstep the next. Products were reasonably priced and high quality at the same time. I can't wait to get these installed!

part received was correct. however they must be using minimum wage Illegal workers as pickers. the other part was not backordered, just not sent. SO FAR I AM BURNED.

I've been using the Trinity-788 Biometric locks for years with no worries.
My initial install questions were answered by reading the products FAQ section. Great Job Folks!

The price I paid for the spring was okay even thogh it should not break one month outside the warranty but the shipping needs more options than what they offer. Any time the shipping options are limited the price is outrageous
