Even for free it’s not worth the stress
I won a scholarship to their program through a promotion in mid-February 2026. The program runs through the Heartbeat app, with modules meant to be released progressively.
I completed the first module, but a month later the second still hadn't been released. I emailed the team, mentioning I'd also called the mobile numbers listed for Sienna and Madelyn (who run the program) with no response. Sienna eventually replied in March 2026 saying she'd look into it.
Since then, the community has been wiped and reset (I rejoined), and most recently my account has been deactivated entirely (Aug 2026.
Based on my experience, it seems the program is structured to get you through an initial phase of collecting your details for a broker/finance pathway. Since I wasn't using that pathway — or perhaps they had technical issues — my account simply wasn't progressed further.
They advertise heavily on Instagram, so be cautious. If you're after reliable information or a product that actually delivers, this isn't it. First impressions were good, but the near-total lack of communication from the organisers has made the whole experience frustrating and unprofessional.
On consumer rights:

It's illegal for a business to offer a gift or prize to promote sales if they have no intention of providing it, fail to provide it, or don't provide it within the specified (or a reasonable) time.
