Coming from a big family, our owners have instilled an ethos of hard work, fairness and adventure into all areas of the business. We aim to push boundaries and create an environment that brings out the best in everyone.

We collaborate with companies such as Kellogg’s who share our values of bringing people together by creating good quality, flavoursome products for you to enjoy. Using their less-than-perfect cerelas that don't quite make the box, we can create excellent beers with exciting flavours. Meaning the cereal doesn't go to waste.

Disappointing!!
Carrier delivered my parcel to the wrong address, causing me to spend time trying to work out where my parcel was delivered & embarrassment in having to apologise to the kind neighbour who took in my parcel.
Additionally, the POD claimed that the parcel was signed for by somebody called Antony. Nobody by this name lives at the address where my parcel was delivered. The carrier knocked on the door & left the parcel outside. Then the occupants answered their front door, the carrier had left.
I e-mailed Seven Brothers to offer the above feedback with no response to date.
The whole experience was disappointing to say the least & this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced delivery issues.
As a result of the above, I am highly unlikely to be ordering from Severn Brothers again.

Hi Tony, we are sorry to hear about the issues you have had with DHL. Unfortunately, when we hand over your parcel to the courier it is completely out of our control.
I believe that our warehouse manager, Ryan has replied to your email, however, we apologise for the delay. This is our busiest time of year and we are only a small team.
We completely understand if you never order from us again due to your issue with DHL, but he hope you enjoyed your beers regardless!
1 of the beers was missing
1 of the beers was missing. There was zero packaging in the box so nearly all of the cans arrived dented. I am now into the 5th day waiting for an acknowledgement of my email asking when the missing item will be sent. I don't find the customer service matches the quality of their excellent beer.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. I ordered a honeycomb pale ale and there wasnt any pressure on the cans. I contacted the customer service, they insisted on sending new cans but I haven’t heard anything from them ever since. Poor communication.

Hi Monique, I believe you contacted us and spoke with Ryan. However, unfortunately, as you do not live in the UK we were unable to send you any replacement beers as we do not ship outside of the UK.
We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience, however, if your friend who you visited in the UK would like to receive some replacement cans we would be more than happy to send some.
We have also contacted you via email, so please reply there and we would be more than happy to help.
