Insurance, compliance requirements just terrible!
Agency is terrible when it comes arranging compliance needs for travelers. They make you run all over the place due to lack of venders. First three paychecks were messed up. I informed my recruiter prior to starting that they had the state of Georgia listed on my w-2 even though I reside in NY. I had to tell them 2 more times in order for them to correct it, then they had to reimburse the taxes that were deducted. Lastly the insurance they offer is bottom of the barrel. Super high deductible, only one plan offered, no dental/vision, some Rx will cost you close to 300.00!!!! If you don't need insurance, and have no problem arranging your own compliance requirements, have at it!
Addendum:
2 days after leaving this review I received an email from Seven Resourcing customer experience manager asking if I would consider removing review stating, "seven resourcing has a very similar name to seven healthcare but that they are a different organization." Weird thing is, I work for seven healthcare but right on the time sheet I fill out weekly it has seven resourcing email address!!

The role can be challenging as there are times when there are not enough staff and there are long hours that circumstantially arise with that. At first the personal care side of the role was a challenge, but I have adapted and it's not an issue - we all need support.

The areas to be improved upon
The company is fine but there few areas I am not comfortable with for instance (1) The shift pattern is not flexible to enable me attend to my other family needs. (2) The shift hours are not enough to sustain someone.

I'm really glad I decided to give Seven…
I'm really glad I decided to give Seven a chance! At first, I was a little skeptical but honestly, it's the best agency so far.From the start of searching for an assignment to compliance its been an overall great non stressful experience. My recruiter Josh is amazing, supportive, has great communication and extremely attentive. In the past my other recruiters would barely communicate with me once I got the contract, but Josh will communicate with me throughout the entire process and makes sure everything is going smoothly. He assures you that if there's any problem at all he would do his very best to fix it. There was a time I was not feeling well, and he would check on me to see if I was feeling better. Josh found my travel partner and I the best contract so far, this is the first time we aren't counting down the weeks. We are genuinly happy with the overall assignment as well as having Josh as our recruiter. I've changed agencies a few times but this time I genuinely don't see myself leaving Seven. If you're skeptical at first trust me just do it and request Josh!!
