The website is very clear on how to go about sending a camera in for repair.
Staff were helpful with query's on the phone.
The amount paid was as per the quote.

Left my Sony camcorder with Sendean just before Christmas for a repair.
Quick turnaround, back with me in January.
Away in Florida this week, I used the camcorder yesterday at the Kennedy Space Centre, so far, so good.

The administration of my repair was very good, the receptionist was friendly and helpful and the repair was completed to my entire satisfaction at what I felt to be was a fair price.

A nice orderly method or getting a camera repaired. Parcel it up. Post to Sendean. Await estimate. Give the "go ahead." Wait for repair and get it back ASAP. A very good service.

Have used Sendean for camera repairs for years Trust them and they are very honest with you as to whether the camera can be repaired or not. always give an estimate and get your agreement before they repair.

Great and efficient service of my father's old film camera.

Excellent service. Lens issue resolved. A brilliant result as it would have meant a lens that has now become 'obsolete' not being able to be used again. Would reccommend to any who have issues with camera equipment that are out of warranty
