The breakfast was very limited befitting a two star hotel. Very disappointing.

I booked a stay at this hotel to attend the Moto GP event, which was unfortunately canceled due to extreme flooding in the area. The circuit sustained extensive damage, and traveling to the region was both impractical and unsafe.

When I contacted the hotel just after the weather events happened to explain the situation, they initially offered to allow me to rebook for a different date within six months which I have proof of. However, they later reneged on that offer without explanation and outright refused to accommodate my request for any changes. This flip-flopping added to the stress of an already difficult situation.

I also contacted booking.com directly to see if they could help talk some sense into the customer service department to change the dates. Unfortunately they were unsuccessful and very surprise that the hotel would not help in any way.

While I understand cancellation policies, these were extraordinary circumstances beyond anyone’s control. Instead of showing compassion or flexibility, the hotel chose to be rigid and unhelpful, leaving me stuck with an unusable booking.

Their lack of integrity and poor customer service were deeply disappointing especially as I was a returning customer. Due to this terrible experience I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values reliability or empathy. 

In total there were 4 of us staying in this hotel and we were very disappointed with the quality of the rooms. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms were very dated with damage throughout, broken laminate floors, mould in the bathrooms, limescale and chipped woodwork everywhere. The rooms face a busy main road and have single glazed windows so you can hear the road all day and night even from the 6th floor. Our room also smelled of tobacco. After explaining this to the hotel manager, Gabriel Martinez, nothing was done about it. Do not stay here, you will be totally disappointed.

I made a mistake booking the hotel on a later month than needed.
The hotel wasn't willing to modify to the right date or cancel the booking.
Moreover, it has a bad location, near to a huge traffic volume roundabout, far from the city center and the beach.

Therefore I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
