Great platform for comparing device trade in offers and finding competitive prices in one place. It makes it easy to see different buyback options without having to search around individually. Love them!
Complete SCAM !! I told them that the phone was locked to T-Mobile. When they got the phone (galaxy s25 perfect condition)they said it has a scratch?Funny i took 15 detailed pictures and no scratches ? Then they said it's locked to carrier. Dahhhh I told them that before they offered me $250.0 ?! Now they offered me $103.0 what a joke !! Got the phone back and Funny no scratches ?! Complete SCAM.

Hi, we’re sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience with the company you selected.
However, we would like to clarify that SellCell did not purchase, receive, inspect or value your phone. SellCell is a comparison and advertising platform that allows you to compare offers from independent phone buying companies and choose which company you would like to sell your device to.
The reduction of your offer from $250 to $103, the assessment of your phone’s condition and the decision regarding its carrier-locked status were all made by the company you selected, not by SellCell.
For this reason, the issues described in your review relate to the buyer you chose rather than SellCell, and we would encourage you to leave your review for that company.
That said, we take feedback about the companies listed on SellCell seriously and would be happy to look into this for you. Please email **[support@sellcell.com](mailto:support@sellcell.com)**, or simply reply here with the **buyer’s name and your order number**, and our team can investigate.
The SellCell Team
21st Sept - We have sent an email sent to you - SellCell Team. SellCell do not take orders or collect customer information, so we can not tell from your name or email address if you found a buyer via SellCell. If you did please provide the order number, so we can review this. Thank you
This review is about a company called SellMyCellPhone not SellCell. Similar names but different company. The owners at SellMyCellPhone have stated that the review should be posted here: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/sellmycellphone.com. SellMyCellPhone have seen the public review and even written to Trustpilot to explain that it has been placed for the wrong company.
Great price. I didn't see any order updates until they received the phone 8 days after I shipped it, but they gave me a tracking number that I could follow. Received the payment within 2 days of receipt as promised!

This is the second time I have used these guys for selling my old phone. Went with BuyBackBoss as they had a special promotion on SellCell and sold my iPhone 14 for a really good price. Paid out really fast too. Would recommend to friends

Where do I begin? SellCell has been instrumental in expanding our buyback business.
Their feedback and support has been unmatched.
They’ve constantly had my back and ensured that lead flow has been consistent.
They’ve provided guidance to improve conversion and the quality of leads from the platform is incredible.
They care about both their buyers and sellers.
This is a great place to market your business if you’re looking to buy phones, or even if you just want to sell a few old / new electronics.
Thank you Sellcell team!

I was having issues receiving payment from a third-party vendor who offered me the most money (Icellglobal.com). Icell would not answer calls or return emails after the received my phones. I was never paid by icell until i emailed sellcell asking for help. Within 1 day they had icellglobal pay me for my phones. The best customer service ever!!!!

Second time I have used this site. First time last year for my phone and this time for my iPad. The iPad was well used by my daughter but I still got a good price for it so happy. I had a few questions too about its condition and the team at Sellcell were very helpful. Will use next time!

Hi there. We are delighted that we found you the best price across several devices.
I had a Samsung S10 I wanted to sell after upgrading my phone. I searched in Google and came across Sellcell which was the top site. What I really like is that it compares prices from all the various companies so you only need this site to get the best deal. Just to be sure I did check a few other sites and the price I got on SellCell was higher than any of the other sites. I’ll definitely use this again next time I have something to sell
