I ordered and paid for an item beginning of May, not received, not answered my messages, just blanked me. And from one small buisiness owner to another, not cool! Started a dispute bith the bank now.

Do not shop with this website, Instagram page or Facebook. I ordered an item which I never received and did not get my money back despite numerous messages. I was assured of refunds so many times but they never came. Please do not use.

Returned some items back in August/September. As wrong item sent and wrong size. The items did arrive back as tracked on Royal Mail. Have messaged and requested a refund many, many times but not heard anything. Customer service is absolutely shocking. Sinead messaged me promising she would sort it out but several months on, still no refund. Have messaged her on Instagram, WhatsApp and emailed her at her shop in Chester. Still nothing. Absolutely disgusting and rude to not get this issue sorted. And by looking at the reviews on here it's happening to so many people. Had bought some items from her before, and some were OK. But wrong items were sent. I'd pay for Royal Mail special delivery, send her the receipt to request the delivery charge back, but no. I got a t-shirt which wouldn't even fit a 6 year old. This company shouldn't be allowed to operate. Feel like I've been completely scammed. I'm owed £77 for items I returned, no exchanges sent. So out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I'm absolutely fuming. Will contact trading standards and my banks fraud line. DO NOT use this company‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

This is a scam - do not use this company. She has lots of followers including celebrities but she takes payment and never sends the goods. She has stopped comments on her page for this reason! Read the other reviews on Trust Pilot. Have reported her to Action Fraud, Instagram, and trading standards. Hopefully she will get what she deserves

Very poor. I would not order again from this site. Very responsive when placing order. Once ordered most message are ignored. Took a long time for poor quality goods to arrive.

Sinead contacted me through Instagram on Christmas Eve to say that she was gifting a free T-shirt with any order placed that day. I originally said I wasn’t interested, but decided I would place an order, after she also offered a discount. I have ordered twice before and really like the sweatshirts, so decided to order another. However, this third time I have had a bad experience.

I allowed the 7-10 working days for delivery, taking into account Christmas and new year bank holidays. My order hadn’t arrived. I contacted Sinead for an update and was told it had been posted, but obviously hadn’t arrived, so she would send a replacement that day, and supply tracking details.

I had to continually chase over the next two weeks to find out where my order was. I was promised multiple times it had been posted, but tracking information was never supplied. Only after chasing again, stating I now wanted a refund, was the order sent and tracking details finally supplied.

The order did arrive, a month after I placed the order, but no free T-shirt was included. The sweatshirt order is incorrect: I ordered a size small but the sweatshirt that has arrived is a large, but the size label has been cut out, so I can’t prove it. However, I put it against my other two jumpers purchased from this company, both size smalls, and it’s considerably bigger. I asked for type on the cuff, which was pointless, as I have to roll the sleeves up, because they are far too long due to incorrect sizing. The type is not typeset in the sans serif font I ordered, it’s in a serif typeface (I work as a graphic designer, so I work with typography every day).

I am hugely disappointed by this experience - the customer service was substandard, as was the product that finally arrived. It’s more effort than it’s worth to try and get a replacement or refund.

My order took a long time to come and messages requesting an update were ignored.
I was told my order had been sent but when my parcel arrived the date sent was 2 weeks later than I was told.
I finally did recieve my order but am very disappointed, one top has a mark on it and another has a spelling mistake. I have contacted the company and again I am being ignored. Very disappointed. Do not buy from this company!!!

Sinead is a complete fraud . 16 Oct paid for my goods & still not received them. After contacting her was told , “in the post”, “family emergency” then another 2-3 weeks later “family death”. Now she won’t answer any messages. She has taken my hard earned cash. Stealing and fraud !! Have taken it further now because enough is enough. Lies constant lies. Disgusted & appalled

I paid for an order on 14.11.25. As at 04.12.25 no items have been received. I have chased the seller several times. Who gives empty promises or completely ignores my messages.

Ordered in October. Still waiting. Reported to bank who are investigating. A lesson learnt. Reported to Instagram who have dismissed request to take account down: probably due to negative comments being removed from daily posts. At least I tried.
Update from bank 15/12/25 Dispute rejected. Because she uses REVOLUT for transfer, there is no tangible trail to her. It’s a money transfer platform. I can’t report her to ActionFraud online because there is no standard bank details ie sort code etc. i will be reporting her to trading standards via Citizen’s advice.
She’s still advertising. What a world eh?

Please do not order from Sinead Blythin (McGrath) Seasoul and Snow - she will get you to bank transfer the money and not send the goods… she doesn’t respond to messages.
I have reported her to the bank and the fraud team. Please do the same and make sure she doesn’t take anybody else’s hard earned cash!

Exactly the same experience that others on google reviews and trustpilot reviewers have had with Sinead. Money taken for orders and then ghosted. There are a growing number of people on social media posts expressing concern about money being taken and not receiving goods to a point that Sinead has now blocked further comments and removed some posts where people are stating that they will be taking legal action and referring people to these reviews and on Google. I will very happily remove this post if I ever receive my items or a full refund. UK Fraud have an ongoing investigation into this company. Please consider reporting your experience to them if you have also had money taken and not received goods.

Do not order from this company. They take your money and don’t send the goods. Ordered over a month ago, endless messages - no response, no order & now looks like the website has expired.

She has stopped replying to my DMs even though she is updating her social media pages. Beware!!! Don’t trust her! I have asked many times for a refund & have had to ask my bank to intervene. Having looked on the Companies House website, it doesn’t even look like this business names she trades under is even legal anymore. It says the company was dissolved in 2021.

Wish I’d seen these reviews first. Clearly some scam going on here. Comments being deleted from posts. False promises of ‘checking dispatch’ and should have been sent. No items , no replies. Small claims court / trading standards being informed.

Awful experience, ordered on the 20th of September still not and item, contacted in the 10th of October promised a replacement the same day as order apparently had gone elsewhere. Multiple messages back and forth, always excuses but promises of my items. Still not arrived, 6 weeks later. Asked for my order tracking number, promised 3 times then nothing. No one responds on the email query had to go through instagram. Still nothing, asked for refund, I’ll be taking to small claims court of I don’t get one.
Appalling when stories and website constantly being updated with products and sales and even worse celebs posting in the items to raise awareness of the brand. I bet they don’t have this service.

Never received 3 items I ordered. Chased and chased my order. They ignored my emails completely. I got a WhatsApp number for them and Sinead is full of false promises- kept saying she was ‘resending’ (despite my order details saying items had not been dispatched). Promised to get in touch with me with tracking details, but hasn’t. I’ve asked for a refund of my £109 several times to no avail. What a thoroughly terrible experience - Ordered 23rd September ‘25, and I still have no items and no refund on 23rd October ‘25 😥.

Do not trust this company. I waited 1 month for my order - nothing. Then the company owner promised to deal with it when she returned from holiday. Another month went by - nothing and they now ignore my requests for a refund or honouring my order. Lost a decent amount of money.
