Fraude
Terrible, además de dar una fecha para entrega y no cumplirla, me cancelaron la compra diciendo que no hay en el inventario, pero en la pagina sigue apareciendo como "7 ultimas unidades", eso si, mas costoso. Son una estafa las "ofertas"
Undesirable technician interaction
On Friday December 22nd, 2023 I sent you a copy of email regarding what I titled Undesirable technician interaction. The technician was identified as R----- who was sent to my home to address an ongoing issue with the Dryer. Problem with the dryer is it requires two cycles to get clothes completely dry.
Rafael via his telephone call & without even being at my home concluded it is a vent problem. Please note in September of 2023 the vent was completely cleaned with a (what I call snake apparatus) both from interior and exterior to ensure there was no lint clogging.
In addition, in October of 2023. , the heating element for dryer was replaced.
As sated in my previous email, R----- refused to even checked for any other possibility for this continued problem with the dryer.
Last night, December 26th, 2023 my washing machine leaked water onto my wooden floor. The hose was still connected to the washer. From what I noticed it appeared the water was leaking from bottom of machine.
Because I have nothing but one problem after another, I contacted Sears (844-553-6667) this morning requesting that they come and pick up both Washer and Dryer & I requested a refund. Both appliances are still under warranty. The person I spoke with was identified as S------.
S------ informed me that it would have to be up to repair technician to make the decision as to whether I can get a refund for the appliances.
I am very confused about this, since I am reporting I am not satisfied with Dyer & now the washer which are istill under warranty. I believe this may fall under Customer Satisfaction Act.
Prior to purchasing these items I had a Kenmore washer and dryer for approximately 24 years. I had only two problems with these machines since owning them. One was the dryer required a new belt; and, the washer needed repair because it was not rinsing clothes completely.

I ordered and prepaid a washing-drying…
I ordered and prepaid a washing-drying machine online at Sears and payed 10,999 MXN (635 USD). This was de 27-November-2023 and it said its going to be delivered between 4-7 December 2023. Today is the 12 th of December and still not delivered. I was trying to reach a human being at the sears hotline with my reference no. BUT NO CHANCE. I am really upset and desperately waiting that they deliver the machine as i have 3 little kids and need it urgently otherwise i would have bought it somewhere else. I would recommend to anyone to buy or order with SEARS.

3 prong electric cord for dryer. Take the old cord from previous dryer that was being replaced and put back on my old dryer.

dryer delivered 12/4/2023, wrong cord provided (4 prong instead of ordered 3 prong), installation crew installed old cord from 16 year old dryer (fire hazard), never saw elbox part, exhaust pipe was not hooked up to dryer. Unsatisfactory, unsafe, not completed. Called Sears to get new 3 prong cord that was paid for and not provided. Highly not happy with delivery. Have lost faith in Sears/costco/kmart for future purchases. Installation crew told me to take wrong 4 prong to Costco (order # 093003427493) . Returned to Costco returns. They could not look up part in their system and told me to go back to Sears. Phoned Sears customer service and told part would be delivered within 48 hours. On 16dec2023 sears called and stated delay in part delivery. Now earliest is 16Dec. All around unsatisfactory process/purchase from Sears.
Unsatisfactory delivery as not delivered properly and not setup properly. i had to attach and tighten clamp on the dryer.
My family has been Sears customers for years going back to the 70's. Looks like this will come to an end.

Never Use Sears!!
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered a dishwasher in August and paid for them to deliver and install it. They never showed up. When I called they informed me that the dishwasher was sold out and that is why they cancelled the delivery. They never contacted me to tell me this however. I ordered one that they assured me was in stock but again they never showed up. I contacted them and they told me they could deliver it but they didn't have an installer available to install it. They would follow up in 72 hours. They did follow up and told me they were still having trouble getting installers and didn't know when one would be available! I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. It's now the end of November and I still don't have my refund. I have contacted them several times to find out where it is and each time get a different answer. First they told me they were sorry it didn't get processed and they would issue it immediately. They refunded me $20. Second time, I was told it was sent to the "delivery team" and she would follow up and get back to me in 48 hours by email. They did this and said the refund was processed and I would have the credit in 7 to 10 working days. It has been 10. I contacted them again today and they told me the team was still working on the refund. When I pushed I was told it was never processed due to a TECHNICAL GLITCH. Now they want 72 hours to process it! My advice is to NEVER use Sears. They have horrible customer service. I ended up ordering my dishwasher from Lowes, cost me a little bit more, but at least I have a delivered and installed dishwasher!!
Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience! I had a services person to my house and a $620 part was ordered. SEARS then canceled the order without notifying us. We have been waiting 2 months for a refund. We were told we would have it in 30 days. There were absolutely no accommodations made to make up for the money lost or time waisted. Also, good luck figuring out the combination to talk to a real person when calling the customer service line!!

I made an appointment with sears for a technician to come for a diagnostic check on my Refrigerator that is not cooling and Freezing. The technician came in opened it and that was the diagnosis. Said there could be one of 2 problems. It was not plugged into a device, did not look at the back of it . This cost me $109 to have a conversation that could have been done over the phone .l called to ask whether this is how they run their diagnostic was given the runaround and asked to book another technician for another $109 if l did not get what l needed. Asked for a manager who was too busy to talk to me . I feel like l paid to have a conversation and l still don’t know what is wrong with my refrigerator. I Don’t recommend Sears appliances Services.

Sears has gone way down hill. I recently went to their website and typed in “white electric stove”. They showed me dryers. Total incompetence. I recently went through a purchase of a dishwasher. The first one I picked was out of stock. I went to the next one which they said they could install. They later told me they could not install, so I canceled. They are totally incompetent

The best I ever dealt with
I had the repair guys come out once for my microwave and twice in like 9 years for my refrigerator. They came in time, repaired it as promised and were professional, courteous and even went above and beyond to do fixed something that I hadn’t requested. They are the best !!

Pésimo gerente cretino y despota
Actitud arrogante y déspota del gerente Sears parque tezontle,y la misma actitud de la supervisora. Es inaudito que pretendan entregarte una compra en mano, pues tardan en llegar la bolsa como 15 días, hasta las tiendas más pequeñas de la plaza tratan de que el cliente se vaya satisfecho. Nada empáticos, pongan atención directores .es lamentable ver esa actitud hasta la modista altanera y grosera.
