Great, helpful advice from store to delivery. Staff in shop were excellent and the delivery was brilliant, no problem.

The delivery team were amazing from.start to finish by phoning us with updates, really friendly spoke to us about the sofa and told us all the features were clean and tidy by taking all rubbish away couldn't fault them

I walked through the door and was immediately attended to by Suzanne, an extremely friendly, helpful, and patient (!) young lady, fortunately at Wrecsam that day rather than her usual Aintree establishment.
I would have liked a little time to browse first to take more note of costings, but Suzanne did an excellent job. She wasn't 'pushy', but I did agree to more than I initially intended spending. Clever girl, an asset to your company.

Kept informed from the night before about the time of delivery, a link to track it and a call from the delivery men approx 45 minutes before they arrived, excellent.

Quite a wait for the sofa but it was worth it. The delivery lads were great very helpful after a bad experience four years ago, couldn't fault anything.

We had a wonderful experience in the store. The lady who helped us was incredibly kind, patient and professional. She explained every sofa in detail, offered us hot drinks because it was very cold outside, and made us feel very welcome. The quality and design of the sofas are amazing, and the customer service was exceptional. Thank you for such a lovely experience!
