Ordered a sofa in store in December, contacted 10 days ago to advise that a delivery date was confirmed for today. I received daily reminders to pay the full balance of the sofa, yet since settling my balance last Friday I have had no further correspondence. The last message received from SCS following balance payment stated I would receive an email and text the evening before delivery with an expected delivery window, followed by a confirmed window by email and text on the day of delivery. I have received neither. Nor have I received a sofa.
All phone lines are down for "staff training". I visited the Wigan store who couldn't have been any less inclined to help if they tried.
A days annual leave wasted, no sofa nor any confidence in this ever materialising and 1.5k cash out of pocket. Disgusting customer service all round!

Gary was brilliant. Walked in and greeted us straight away. upon explaining the L shaped corner we wanted immediately was able to point us in the right direction and offer us great advice about comfort and support due to back and neck issues.

No forceful sale tatics pure class from start to finish and order conpleted within 30 minutes.

10/10 recommend gary

Apart from extended delivery timescales, overall an excellent experience. Peter and John, the delivery team, were brilliant. Assembled to suite and took away all the packaging. Arrived on time and were very courteous, quick and efficient.

The store experience was very good. Friendly and helpful. The delivery and assembly of the furniture was also very good. We are delighted with our new sofa. However contacting you to change the delivery date was hopeless and paying the balance also. I spent 2 HOURS on the phone and online to achieve this. In the end gave up and made 2 visits to the store

Bought a so called leather sofa (don't think it's ever seen a cow)from this company. After two years 7mths it is ready for the tip. The leather is peeling. One of the arms have collapsed it looks 20yr old not 2 Reported it and was promised a visit from a technician. But of course no call back from them. Don't waste your money here. Not fit for purpose They did send a technician. No mention of the peeling leather on his report only the sofa arm that has collapsed so still left with a two year old sofa that is mess UPDATE. Technician came out. Told us due to the age of the sofa 2yrs 9mths that he has no choice but to basically say it wasn't a manufactures fault and we was fighting a loosing battle. He also said that we should never have allowed them to spray the peeling (all on voice recordings )so just be remember when handing over £3,000 to them that what you're buying is only expected to last 2yrs. Absolute joke of a company.

Fuming just had a call from SCS I want to return the sofa because it had to be repaired and I don't think it's worth the money I paid when it was faulty . The women has just told me because the engineer came out and fixed the sofa and my daughter signed to say he had repaired the sofa , I can't have a refund or return this sofa as I signed saying I'm happy with it . How can I sign when I was't home I was in work which I can prove . If you have an engineer come and fix your item don't sign anything . Very very sneaky SCS. I'm going to warn as many people on as many apps as I can

Recently ordered a corner sofa and footstool. All staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful! Dale assisted us and took our order and was brilliant! Had a great experience and look forward to our sofa arriving!

That is to much .so nice orderd £2300 g.plan sofas. Couldn’t help enough. Well pushy could not get rid of him. Followed us round. Everywhere. I orderd but changed colour which when it came totally gutted not right colour. It is far to light .told delivery man who said I wasn’t the only one.tried every way possible get refund but no way. So one very unhappy customer. Wish I never stepped in store

Delivery took no more than 10 minutes and they put my new furniture in place and took packaging away so my suite was up and ready to enjoy many thanks
