The sofa is absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. I love it! The delivery was smooth and efficient, and the two gentlemen who delivered it were professional, friendly, and helpful. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.

Overall we had a very good experience from ordering in store to being advised of delivery date. The team delivering and installing suite were excellent. The only downside was the tracking system which advised delivery between 2.50 and 3.20 and didn’t refresh. At 5.00 I rang for an update which wasn’t forthcoming other than to say delivery was still scheduled. It arrived at 7.30. Very pleased with suite, poor communication was disappointing.

The sales people on the floor were very helpful and efficient .
However when spending vast amounts on furniture l found it inexplicable that you are not able to provide a small of the fabric selected. I have had to revisit the store several times with my own mood boards to ensure colour pallet selection for other items is working. You should once order is placed be able to supply a small swatch of fabric, even if charged and sent from HO. This is a huge non decision maker when purchasing .

Communication was good concerning the time of delivery. The delivery men were prompt and efficient.
They were polite and ensured that the packaging was cleared away and removed.

The sofas are being shipped to Uganda so we are excited to receive them.

The experience so far has been so good, delivery at the shippers was ahead of time, and we were kept informed all the time.

Cliff Dixon at the show room in west thurrock is a great rep for Paltronasofas. He is so knowledgeable about the leather product, explains in detail and very humorous! He helped us make a good choice.

If you purchase warranty/insurance for 10 years. SCS and there insurer now refuse to ad hear to statuary rights of consumers and refuse to fix anything after SCS manufacturer warranty when I have been making complaints and emails never picked up by customer service.

Aftercare is horrible.

Terrible experience and miss sold a product and now left with broken sofas with poor quality control when it left there factories and having paid significant amount of money for these now they do not acknowledge emails for partial refunds or fix it.

Rather they have me pay £75.00 as a none refundable excess for issues that started within the first 12 months.

Ridiculous avoid!

Welcomed on walking in by the salesman, and did a very good job in understanding our requirements and never once tried to lead us his way, I don't have his name but I would recommend him. We have now purchased our 3 seater sofa and look forward to a satisfactory completion in the next coming weeks for a delivery.

I bought a TV bed, a mattress, 3 pillows and a cover sheet. The service I received from Gareth was excellent.

The salesperson made us feel at ease and comfortable with choosing our sofa bed, and explained that in the event of difficulties with delivering this to our chosen room (on first floor) that he could recommend a dismantling and delivery service which we took advantage of. The delivery went smoothly and the installation team were 1st class.

I recently had a fantastic experience at the SCS Lakeside store. The service was excellent – the advisor took time to explain all the sofa options clearly, pointing out which additions would be worthwhile. They were also very helpful in suggesting colours that matched and complemented the sofa’s design and style.

The delivery team were equally impressive. They phoned a few days beforehand to confirm the delivery, and on the day, they arrived early but were happy to wait. They began unloading onto the drive, which made moving everything into the final room much quicker and easier. Overall, a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.
