New sofa arrived today, the delivery guys were very efficient and polite would happily recommend SCS very happy customer

Shop staff were very helpful and not at all pushy.
We were kept informed regarding delivery, which turned out to be considerably earlier than was originally forecast, and although the notice given for the planned delivery date was rather short, it was no trouble rescheduling it. On the day of delivery it was easy to track the progress of the team and when they arrived (a three man team, all quite chatty and friendly) they did a great job of getting our suite into the house and assembling it quickly.

What a character. Very knowledgeable and very patient as I went back and forwards a lot, between 2 sofa sets! Had a personable experience ordering what I believe to be a great quality 3 seater recliner and chair. Only gripe is delay on delivery being February, seems a very long way away!

Firstly, I was given by you a delivery date of a Saturday (not requested by me) when I phoned to see if there was a potential earlier date, I was told that I hadn't paid the extra £139 for a Saturday delivery !!! He said that if I didn't pay then the delivery would be put back to a weekday - I complained , he then said he needed to check with the store and came back 5 minutes later to say that it was good news, there would be no charge - was I happy with that?!!!!
Next delivery drivers were clearly in a hurry and dispite me saying when they rang to advise they were nearly with me that the back entrance to my house would be better as the front door is difficult due to having to turn left as soon as you go in, all the furniture was being unloaded before they had a look. Then when trying to get the sofa through the door, one of them said it was stuck, so the other one pushed it and took the top of my door frame off!!! They had the nerve to say that it didn't look like it was stuck on very well, but if you heard the crack you would have thought the whole door frame had broken!! I was then promised a phone call from the area manager first thing Monday, but no call has been received so I am off to the store to complain now.
The purchase experience in store was great but the delivery was something else!!

The guys delivering were great and considerate - and they also advised the delivered item was damaged. They took photos of the damaged item and advised that they would submit a damage report.

Five stars, so far, for the helpful and cheery salesperson, Jake.
He answered all our questions and helped us finalise the details of our purchase of a Crociale corner unit sofa bed.

Jake at SCS Waterlooville store was simply excellent. He answered a couple of questions then left us to browse the store. Found him again and he helped us through the ordering process, outlining the various options and choices.

Unfortunately after purchasing disorganised. Pointless email received about measuring doors without giving sizes of the pieces to be delivered?? Fed back to have store manager call without leaving a message. Tracked her down to be told I’d been rude and after the sale it was nothing to do with them and they don’t see the order tracking system.

We went to look at sofas for our newly decorated lounge. We spoke to Frank the Dane who was humourous and answered the questions we asked. He understood what we needed and sent us further details, although the email didn't come through properly. We went back a few days later and Frank remembered us and what we wanted. He was patient and honest which made the process easy. Great service.

Very good experience in ScS Waterlooville, my wife and me went some time ago and met Frank the Dane who could actually sell ice to Eskimos. We gave ourselves a breather from looking for sofas but went back after a couple of months. You can have any material displayed in store on fitted on any of the sofas. All the staff in this store are very helpful but we inflicted ourselves on Frank once more and finally chose a sofa set. We would recommend this store and it has a large range of Italian furniture. If you are served by Frank he has a unique style which made the process very easy.
