Or suite was delivered in 2 separate vans , 30 mins apart (corner suite and a sofa ) They said one was a 4 seater , which apparently is a corner suite . They didn’t seem to realise this , making us think we got the wrong delivery . After me phoning shop they confirmed 4 seater is a corner suite . A lot of confusion all round . The delivery guys and shop don’t seem to have any means of communication .

The sales person Charles was very helpful and not at all pushy he just assisted me when asked

due to ill health we knew exactly what was required,
recliner(s),corner unit etc., staff member Scott went the extra mile to help choose fabrics etc., we finally
plumped for the Ainsdale sofa with two recliners.

The process was explained from start to finish, very informative and explained the process from selection of the sofa to the expected time and day of delivery.

Great shopping experience. Jason was brilliant. Took the time to let us pick material even taking us to another sofa which was in same colour. Great sales from him. Sofa bed ordered. Takes up to 8 weeks. So far no issues. All goes well. Will return to purchase a full sofa from them

Jason was very helpful and explained and let us see the various materials and leather that were available. He then offered us a drink and gave us time to take a look around the showroom and we saw a couple we were interested in and he completed everything for us.
