On walking through the door the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. No pressure on getting a sale on the day I walked away with a Quote. A week later I revisited the store and Jamie the store manager took the order on behalf of the sales person as she was on a day off. Now I’m just looking forward to seeing our new seating couch and single seat . Great job Jamie and team

Delivery guys were very good 1 of the guys picked up a mark on the two seater settee and reported it back on his tablet. We've also found on the the two seater settee what feels like a dent on the arm and also on the chase there is a visible thread

Excellent customer service from Adele at the Tunbridge Wells branch. We will know more when we receive our sofa, but Adele was knowledgeable about the products and provided great advice during our visit. An unexpected treat to find a sofa after months of searching! Very excited about our purchase!

Nathan was very knowledgable, and was very patient with us whilst we decided on the fabric and colour for our sofa. He took the time to talk through the finance options and was very knowledgable when it came to how the sofa was made and where it came from.

The staff let you look around but said they are there for you if needed plus when we did find one they were very helpful explained things too us and was very true full on deliver said it could be later then he said and I do like honesty so you know what to expect I give the young boy who severed me 10 out of 10
