was served by jan at the speke liverpool store , was knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for , no pressure selling , really helpful she made us feel like friends rather than customers . didnt buy on the day went back a day later and waited for jan to be avaliable to order . poltronesofa speke i hope you know what a asset you have in jan she should be used as a role model for customer service and care ,

On our first visit we were welcomed with a helpful introduction inviting us to browse the store at leisure and to try the many styles of sofa, before choosing the colour.
We found the Tunstall range which we liked and met our requirements. Having visited other stores and not found anything elsewhere we returned armed with a curtain to help us choose from the extensive range of fabrics and colours.
Lisa provided excellent assistance in finding the perfect fabric and colour for our room, before guiding us through placing the order.
We felt comfortable without any pressure through the whole experience and are looking forward to our sofas arriving in 4-5 weeks.

Being able to track the delivery and it arrived on time . Two guys were very efficient and I think it took about 5 minutes to put the sofa in .

Great staff, very professional, and knowledgeable, the lovely Mel who looked after me was friendly and accommodating, no pressure tactics deployed, she gave an initial briefing on how things worked then left me to have good look around, a well appointed showroom, an all together fantastic experience.

I cannot fault our experience with poltronesofa, from ordering our sofas with Liz , who was super helpful to the delivery drivers . We had notifications sent a few days leading up to the delivery on dates and times which was really helpful . We would definitely be recommending this company to friends and family.

First of all I would like to say to Lisa and Mel a big thank you for all your help and support over choosing our sofa. These two lovely ladies were so knowledgable about all the sofa we were interested in. They definitely know their job inside out and so friendly. The store smell fabulous when you go through the doors and you are greeted with an Italian ciao, which made us smile and laugh. We are more than delighted with the corner suite and chair we bought. This store is definitely worth a visit if you looking for a sofa. Thanks Ladies xx

Very unorganised didn’t come to check to see if the couch would fit and the delivery guys was very un helpful left a 5k couch outside in the rain as we had to take the window out !!

Was kept informed at all times of time expected and when the suite was actually on its way, and delivery went very well, the suite was situated where we wanted it and checked that the “lazy boy “was working properly and all packaging was taken away

The staff are brilliant they explain all about the process of getting your furniture delivered perfectly did their very best customer service great

The whole process was amazing my sofa is so comfy delivery lads were fantastic to took all the packages away

Very long lead time…. But we did know that.
When ordering, I paid a deposit, within the hour I phoned and asked if I could purchase it on credit and was told I was too late to do that… not great.
Sofa delivered and we have had to call a technician out re a concern

The seats on settee and two recliner chairs consist of one piece of foam folded over. When anyone sits on any part of settee (one part of the settee isn't a recliner) or the two chairs the foam flattens out you can actually put your full hand into the folded foam seat. I left my mobile phone on the arm of the settee overnight. There is now a permanent indent on the arm rest. I've had this suite 5 days. It is not fit for purpose and I want it removed from my home and given a full refund!
