I spent way to long looking at Sofas at many stores, popped into ScS not really expecting much. But Nimme, in a very friendly and not pushy way, listen to my conflicting requirements and guided me through a selection of sofas. She was also very patient as I repeatedly left to think about things and returned. I finally placed my order and an now waiting in anticipation of the arrival.

Delivery guys took care in the house & set our sofas up lovely. Very helpful & friendly. So happy

Staff in store very helpful.Sofa delivered a bit later than expected.Delivery guys Simon and Huw were very professional and efficient.Would highly recommend.

Advised sofa would be with us late Jan early Feb 2025
Still no sofa and now told you cannot provide a date of when I am likely to receive it!!!

Nobody rings idea at all so I’m just supposed to wait indefinitely

Now nobody calls back from the helpline!!

I will be taking this further to recover my £500 deposit….. contract states non refundable but I have not cancelled my order you are unable to provide the goods so you have breached your side of the contract and I am well within min my rights to a refund!

Estimated date was 7, Feb now states 26, Feb no contact to say of later delay, ordered this just after Christmas, If i knew it would have been this long would of bought elsewhere

Sofa was made and delivered before the date originally given when buying the sofa. Communication during delivery was top notch. Simon and Russell who delivered the sofa fit the sofa and put it together in no time, friendly and helpful with information when delivering.
