Helpfull polite explained everything fully

Quality of furniture and helpful staff

Absolute sham of a company. Bought a 4 seater sofa and a single in March. Was told delivery would take place after the items were made. Delivery took place in July even though the labels on both items stated made in April. If that wasn’t bad enough, we were shown walnut legs as opposed to black. We ordered walnut. The sofa and chair were delivered with black legs. They have been fobbing me off telling me that the sofa and chair have walnut coloured legs even though they are black and they do not even match the colour walnut as on our sales invoice. I have been given bogus email addresses and they have returned my physical post stating that the company are not at the address as posted on their website. I would have given ZERO but I can’t. I have telephoned and was told to take them to the small claims court! WOW. We have been mis sold items and we have the right under Trading laws and consumer rights 2015 to reject the items. We have been ghosted and ignored by these muppets. So I have further complained and used Section 75 credit card protection where the card provider takes up my case. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOY RIP OFF MERCHANTS.

It was easy to look around for the furniture, we did not feel pressured. Completing the transaction was made easy by the lady who dealt with us in Newport

Delivery was spot on the 2 gents were great very helpful and friendly, they took great care in carrying my sofa into my house no problems at all. Top guys 😀

the delivery came sooner than expected which was a bonus! was due delivery around 1-3pm and they turned up at 9:30 !! the guys who delivered were very kind and helpful with setting up the sofa and chair for us,

The range and choice was brilliant.
The lady that supported us was so helpful and couldn’t do enough.
She was really patient and friendly enabling my Mum who is 85 make an informed choice. As a result my Mum is looking forward to the delivery of her new suite

The men who delivered the suite were excellent, on time and very efficient in their work. No complaints at all.

Updates on delivery timings very good, lads who delivered and put the sofa together were courteous, professional and quick

Great experience from start to finish. Perfect sofa for us, great price and great delivery service even arrived earlier than estimated but with enough notice to prepare for arrival and get rid of old sofa. Would definitely recommend.

The sofa has a small amount of damage at the back . Please let me know how you will resolve this .

The lady who served us was very good. We have had furniture before and she served us then she remembered us which was nice. She was very helpful she found the colour of furniture we had previously had which helped us in buying the seater.
