Very professional, kept updated the whole time and delivered when stated. We were missing the self adhesive glides and recliner cups but the driver had some of the self adhesive parts which they provided but still missing cups which they said they had recorded, so hopefully will be sorted soon.
Sofa looks brilliant and just what we wanted and hopefully will last as long as last one from SCS (18 years and still looked good).

It arrived roughly in the timescale we were told from making the order. The delivery men contacted me beforehand and were great communicating. Our road issues were dealt with and very helpful

Lovely experience! We went to the Loughborough store and completed a purchase with Mike. He was super friendly and welcoming aswell as informative. We had no intention to buy on the day and felt no pressure to buy from Mike but due to feeling so comfortable we completed the purchase there and then. Such a lovely guy!

I had sofas delivered one was damaged made a phone call to them waiting 24hrs for them to call back,I am going to get it repaired in 4 weeks, then they changed it to 2 weeks, still waiting for call back to talk about some compsation terrible customer service,I told the lady on pcustomer service that sofas should not have been sent out damage still no reply waited 2 days for reply absolutely terrible

Actual Store experience [buying goods] was very good. Delivery leaves a lot to be desired. 4 different delivery dates were cancelled at the last minute. When my chairs finally arrived the delivery team were very good

Everything was good. Given an estimated time of arrival. It was first thing too which was good as we didn’t have to wait in all day. Driver called to confirm. They brought the furniture in and set it up. Took all the rubbish away.

They rang us and told the sofa is ready and will be delivered 14.02 waiting all day long did not turn up no email not phone no communication whatsoever we will go tomorrow get the money back that’s shocking !! No Thank you I am finish with Experts from SCS !

I ordered a recliner sofa back in October but when it arrived it was a basic 2 seater sofa. After visiting the store to query they had only ordered the wrong item . Since the delivery date I have sent 4 emails to customer services with no responde . Really annoyed . Do not shop with this company . After service is shocking

I was a bit nervous about going into scs. I was expecting to be bombarded and not left alone. I did have a gentleman Chris meet me at the door and asked if I needed any help and what I was looking for ,he introduced himself as Chris and said if u need me just give me a shout and with that he walked away,leaving me in piece to look around. I did call him over a couple of times but left me soon after I got the information I needed. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He never tried to sell me anything or convince me to have the more expensive choice. I did end up purchasing a sofa and I'm looking forward to receiving it .

Steve and Mark delivered our 2 sofas with a smile and eficiency. Gave plenty of warning of their arrival. Couldn't have been happier with the service they gave.

We went to the Loughborough store and were lucky enough to be helped by Pete Smith. He was utterly delightful - professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a set idea of what I wanted but Pete spent time with us and took us through other options which resulted in us buying a suite instead of just a new chair. Pete couldn’t have been better and made the while buying experience an absolute pleasure.

Looked online found a 3 seater sofa I like the look of,so went into the Loughborough shop to check the sofa out first before I ordered, had a chat with a guy called Chris, who was very good to deal with. Left a deposit and bought it .
